2. the district (municipal) courts of the territory in accordance with the provisions of annex 1. Riga City Court area corresponds to the territorial division of Riga City.
3. the district (City) Court is made up of land registry departments whose activity corresponds to the territory of the district (City) Court area, if these rules otherwise.
4. Riga City Vidzeme suburb Court is made up of land registry department whose area corresponds to the Riga City Centre District Court, Riga City Kurzeme district, Riga city Latgale suburb Court, Riga City Vidzeme suburb Court, Riga City Zemgale suburb Court and Riga City Northern District Court area.
5. the District Court shall consist of land registry department whose area corresponds to the District Court of Riga and Sigulda Court area.
6. Daugavpils Court is made up of land registry department whose area corresponds to Daugavpils and Krāslava District Court Court area.
7. the action of the District Court of the territory is the entire administrative territory of the Republic of Latvia. The administrative district court is the Court House in Riga, Jelgava, Rezekne, Valmiera and Liepāja and the area determined in accordance with the provisions of annex 2.
8. the District Court is the Court of Vidzeme House Madona and it area corresponds to Alūksne, Madona, Gulbene and District Court area.
9. the District Court is the Court of Zemgale House Ab, and its area corresponds to Bauska, Aizkraukle and Jēkabpils District Court area.
10. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet of Ministers of 17 June 2009. Regulation No 569 "rules for the district (municipal) courts, regional courts and the Court House Court House area" (Latvian journal, 2009, 104, no. 172).
11. provisions shall enter into force on January 1, 2012.
