General questions 1. determines the arms register (hereinafter register) to be included in the message volume, their inclusion, use and deletion, as well as the institutions, for which you want to grant access to the registry stored messages.

II. Register to be included in the message and agenda of inclusion 7. Register News provides: 7.1. subordinated to the Ministry of the Interior in the national regulatory authorities on their ownership or possession of the existing weapons;
7.2. subordinated to the Ministry of defence in public administrations (except national armed forces) on the property or possession of the existing weapons;

7.9. port police on its property or owned weapons;
7.10. the merchant who has received special permission (license) to carry out the business of weapons movement on purchased and marketed weapons, its ownership or possession of weapons and their existing locations.
8. the register shall include the following information on the physical person who has been issued weapons permit: 8.1 personal code or date of birth of the person if the person is not included in the population register;
8.2. the word in Latvian language or other languages of the oriģinālform latīņalfabētisk transliteration according to identity documents;
8.3. Latvian language name or other languages of the oriģinālform latīņalfabētisk transliteration according to identity documents;
8.4. the nationality and legal status;
8.5. the declared place of residence.
9. the register shall include the following information on this provision in paragraph 8 of that person's identity document: 9.1 type;
9.2. series and number;
9.3. the date of issue;
9.4. the issuing country;
9.5. the issuing authority;
9.6. the period of validity.
10. the register shall include the following information on this provision in paragraph 8-person medical certificates: 10.1;
10.2. series and number;
10.3. the date of issue;
10.4. the issuing country;
10.5. the issuing authority;
10.6. the period of validity.
11. the register shall include the following information on all types of weapons permits: 11.1. document type;
11.2. series and number;
11.3. the date of issue;
11.4. the period of validity;

7.3. cancellation reason and reasoning.
12. the register shall include the following information on (A), (B), (C) and (D) the category of weapons, high power pneumatic weapons and gas pistols (revolvers), established in the Republic of Latvia and the realization of existing weapons, imported into the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Latvia of the exported weapons, as well as in transit through the Republic of Latvia transported weapons: 12.1 classification (category);
12.2. types of weapons;
12.3. series and number, as shown on the latīņalfabētisk of the weapon or the transliteration oriģinālform;
12.4. make (System) model – as shown on the latīņalfabētisk of the weapon or the transliteration oriģinālform;
12.5. caliber (use manufacturer's labels);
12.6. the year of manufacture (manufacturer's designation, used as indicated on the gun);
12.7. the manufacturer;
12.8. the barrel.
13. the register shall include the following particulars for interchangeable barrels: 13.1. type;
13.2. series and number, as shown on the latīņalfabētisk of the weapon or the transliteration oriģinālform;
13.3. make (System) model – as shown on the latīņalfabētisk of the weapon or the transliteration oriģinālform;
13.4. caliber (use manufacturer's labels);
13.5. year of manufacture (manufacturer's designation, used as indicated on the gun);
13.6. the manufacturer;
8.5. the barrel.
14. the register shall include the following information relating to the legal entity, which has received State police permission to purchase, store, and use in weapons (hereinafter referred to as the legal entity), and merchants, who have received a special permit (license) for the conduct of business in the area of circulation of weapons (hereinafter referred to as the operator): 14.1. name;
14.2. registration number;
14.3. date of registration;
14.4. in the event of winding up or termination date;
14.5. registered office.
15. the register shall include the following information on legal persons and the operator's participants (individuals, corporations and partnerships participants members of the society (Foundation) members), leaders (the individual merchant, Partnership members that are entitled to represent it, the Corporation's Board and Council members), as well as employees whose job duties in accordance with the available weapons or which are directly related to weapons possession: 15.1;
15.2. surname;
15.3. personal code or date of birth of the person;
15.4. the posts;
15.5. phone number.
16. the register shall include the following information on kontrolšāvien with vītņstobr weapons: 16.1. number of the certificate;

17. the register shall include the particulars of the arms storage addresses and addresses to which the weapon is transferred, as well as about the people who bought the gun.

24. This rule 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6, 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9. the authorities referred to in this provision to the Centre gives 12 and 13 the information referred to in paragraph for inclusion in the register and update no later than 10 working days after each weapon, the barrel change, large energy weapons and pneumatic gas pistols (revolvers) in the Republic of Latvia for the import, acquisition, disposal, transfer and export from the Republic of Latvia (if period exceeds three months). 25. The operator shall provide the Centre with these rules 12, 13, 14, 15 and 17 of the report referred to in paragraph for inclusion in the register and update no later than five working days after each weapon, the barrel change, large energy weapons and pneumatic gas pistols (revolvers) in the Republic of Latvia for the import, acquisition, disposal, transfer and export from the Republic of Latvia (if period exceeds three months). Center the information referred to in this paragraph shall be entered in the register and updated not later than one working day after the receipt of the message.

27. the register shall include the details used in the registry (officer or employee) which, on the basis of this provision, the institution referred to in paragraph 26 of the request, the Center has assigned the right to use the registry.
IV. the registry, deleting messages 28. The register shall include the details deleted from the register of the Centre after 20 years from the date of archiving messages.
V. closing question 29. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet of 15 April 2003, the provisions of no. 167 "firearms and high energy air arms single accounting arrangements" (Latvian journal, 2003, 60 no; 2004, nr. 52).
