Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 130 in 2012 (21 February. No 10 13) song and Dance Festival to Council Regulations Issued in accordance with the song and dance of feast of the law article 7, first paragraph, point 3 and article 7 of the first paragraph of point 6 (I). The general question 1. determines the song and dance celebration Council (hereinafter Council), the functions and competences of the Council agenda and organization of work, as well as the order in which you selected sectors, non-governmental organizations and representatives of the cultural centre for the approval of the Council and the sampling criteria. The Parliament's education, culture and science, the National Commission and the Office of the United Nations Educational, scientific and Cultural Organization in the Latvian National Commission, with a request to delegate representatives to work in the Council. 7. in Industry, non-governmental organizations and cultural centers in the Council puts the job applicants: 7.1 Kultūrizglītīb and Intangible Heritage Centre industry experts – representatives of the Council according to the competency of the choir, dance, brass band, folk applied arts, popular music, traditional cultural industries, as well as non-governmental organizations and representatives of cultural centres; 7.2. the National Centre for education content industry experts – representatives of the Council according to the competency of the choir, dance, brass band, folk applied arts, popular music and traditional cultural industries; 7.3. the non-governmental organizations whose purpose is related to the song and dance celebration tradition of conservation and development, representatives of appropriate competence – choral, dance, brass band, folk applied arts, popular music, traditional culture, professional music industries, as well as representatives of cultural centres; 7.4. the municipalities – cultural center; 7.5. the creative Union Council – the professional music industry representative. 8. the Council puts the job sector, non-governmental organizations and cultural centers of applicants that meet the following criteria: 8.1. experience in the industry represented at least two song and Dance Festival in the preparation and organisation; 8.2. involved in the song and dance celebration tradition of conservation and development activities and developments in the provision of song and dance of feast in the meantime; 8.3. the experience in cooperation with State and local authorities and non-governmental organisations, culture or education; 8.4. is not involved in the current song and dance in the preparation and organisation of the Festival as artistic director or project manager. 9. Applying the sector, non-governmental organizations and cultural centers, Kultūrizglītīb the applicant and Intangible Heritage Centre shall provide the following documents: 9.1 application which justified the setting representation in the Council or in the sector concerned; 9.2. a copy of the decision or statement of applicant's Protocol setting; 9.3. written certification that the applicant agrees to be a Council Member; 9.4. a description of the applicant's dzīvesgait (curriculum vitae); 9.5. non-governmental organisations a copy of the Statute, if the candidates nominated by non-governmental organization. 10. the applicants put forward under this provision 9. criteria referred to in paragraph 1, shall assess the Kultūrizglītīb and intangible heritage centre set up by the Commission.
