No 16 22) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 6 July 2010 on the Regulation No 608 "rules on bathing water monitoring, quality assurance and requirements for public information" Issued in accordance with the water management act article 5, tenth part 6, 8 and 10 and article 22 of the fifth to make the Cabinet 6 July 2010 the arrangements no 608 "rules on bathing water monitoring, quality assurance and requirements for public information" (Latvian journal , 2010, 111, 185. no; 2011, 91 no). the following amendments: 1. Express 4. the introductory part of paragraph by the following: "4. the legal or natural person, which is created by the initiative of bathing (hereinafter referred to as the operator of a bathing), during the bathing season, at its own expense, subject to the requirements of this regulation, shall be entitled:". 5. Make paragraph 6 by the following: "6.
