Express an indication on what basis the provisions of the law, issued by the following: "Issued in accordance with the water management act article 5, tenth part 6, 8 and 10 and article 22 of the fifth". 2. Replace the text of the words: "the owner of the bathing 2.1" (fold) with the words "the bathing of the operator" (fold); 2.2. the "law concerning the management of bathing hygiene requirements" with the words "legislation on bathing establishment and maintenance of order". 3. Supplement with 1.6. subparagraph by the following: "1.6. procedures for deployable information inscriptions or symbols for bathing." 4. Express 4. the introductory part of paragraph by the following: "4. the legal or natural person, which is created by the initiative of bathing (hereinafter referred to as the operator of a bathing), during the bathing season, at its own expense, subject to the requirements of this regulation, shall be entitled:". 5. Make paragraph 6 by the following: "6. The bathing water samples may be tested by laboratories that are accredited by limited liability companies" standardization, accreditation and Metrology Centre "Latvian National Accreditation Bureau (hereinafter accreditation Office) to the standard LVS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005" the competence of testing and calibration laboratories-General requirements "and for which published information accreditation Office Web site (URwww.latak.lv)." 6. Informational sign indicating the bathing prohibition or advice against bathing is rectangular, its height to width is 1:2.2. Informative sign consists of the symbol on the left side of the plate and the inscription" advised against "(Figure 1) or" swim "(Figure 2) on the right side of the mark. 3. the symbol is a circle shape. Symbol edge and the diagonal line is red. In the middle of the symbol is a pictogram in black on a white background. 4. write is black in color, letter height not less than 15 mm. 5.
