General questions 1. determines: 1.1. procedures for implementing the action programme "growth and employment" priority axis "social inclusion and combating poverty" investment priority on active inclusion, with the aim to promote employment , including to promote equal opportunities and active participation and improve employment "contained 9.1.2. specific aid objectives" increase the former prisoners into society and the labour market "(hereinafter referred to as the specific support); 1.2. specific aid objectives; 1.3. specific support available funding; 1.4. the requirements of the European Social Fund project applicant (hereinafter referred to as project applicant) and project partners; 1.5. the eligible cost of the operation and the conditions of the question; 1.6. agreement on the implementation of the project (hereinafter referred to as the agreement) a unilateral notice conditions; 1.7. the simplified conditions of application costs and procedures. 2. The specific objective is to increase the integration of former prisoners into society and the labour market. 3. Specific support to target prisoners and former prisoners, as well as the former prisoners ' families. 4. the Specific objective of the aid is achieved as follows: 4.1 monitoring indicators to 2018 31 December: outcome indicator 4.1.1-resocializācij measures and the aid received by the inmates and former prison population-1200; 4.1.2. financial performance – certified expenditure eur 469 779; 4.2. till 2023 December 31:4.2.1. table of results – the number of former prisoners, who after release from prison and the aid started to job search, 3 500; 4.2.2. outcome indicators-resocializācij measures and the aid received by the inmates and former inmates of 16 000.5. Specific support to implement the project application to the limited selection. 6. Specific support within the responsible authority for the Ministry of Justice (hereinafter referred to as the responsible authority). 7. Specific aid the planned total attributable funds is 5 175 000 euro, including the European Social Fund funding – 4 398 750 euro and national budget funding – 776 250 euro. From 1 January 2019, a responsible authority following the European Commission's decision on the execution of performance framework may propose to increase the eligible costs under the project totals to 5 175 000 euro, subject to this provision, paragraph 7, of the financing source for the proportional distribution.
II. III. eligible activities and costs

15. The specific aid is supported in the following: 15.1 integrated professional suitability and skills development activities for prisoners; 15.2. measures for prisoners and ex-prisoners career planning; 15.3. specific support measures for the employment of former prisoners; 15.4. support the implementation of new methods of former prisoners; 15.5. volunteer work with prisoners and former Guantánamo prisoners in society; 15.6. support measures for families of former prisoners; 15.7. the measures former inmates positive social link; 15.8. the project information and publicity measures for the implementation of a project; 15.9. project management and project implementation. 16. The specific aid plans to the following eligible costs: 16.1. direct eligible costs; 16.2. indirect eligible costs; 16.3. the unexpected costs. 17. The direct eligible costs include the following positions: 17.1. staff costs, which is a project management and project implementation staff remuneration costs, according to State and local officials and employees of the institutions of law, except for the remuneration of overtime, the rules referred to in point 15 of eligible actions; 17.2. the other costs of project implementation: 17.2.1. IV. Specific aid and the conditions of implementation of the project
