"increase the great port security and to improve the transport network mobility" implementing provisions Issued under the European Union's structural funds and the cohesion fund the 2014 – 2020 programming period management law of 6 and article 20 paragraph 13 i. General questions 1. determines: 1.1. procedures for implementing the action programme "growth and employment" priority axis "sustainable transport system" 6.1.1. specific aid objectives "increase the great port security and to improve the transport network mobility" ( further, specific support); 1.2. specific aid objectives; 1.3. specific support available funding; 1.4. requirements for the cohesion fund the project applicant; 1.5. the eligible cost of the operation and the conditions of the question; 1.6. the agreement for the implementation of a project of cooling-off unilateral conditions; 1.7. the simplified conditions of application costs and procedures. 2. The specific objective is to improve the level of safety in ports and to prevent problematic points of the effects "of the trans-European transport network infrastructure. 3. Specific aid target of all modes of transport, road freight and passenger transport operators. 4. II. Specific aid not eligible costs, which are borne by the beneficiary of the funding from its own resources, is: 28.1. costs that exceed this rules 17, 18, 19 and 21 of the costs referred to in paragraph 1; 28.2. the costs referred to in paragraph 17 of these rules and not directly related to this provision 16. the eligible activities referred to in paragraph 1, but are required for the successful implementation of the project and objectives according to the construction plan; 28.3. rules 17.2 and 17.3 this. in point costs if the project planned activities qualify as commercial support.
IV. The advance may be paid in several instalments. 31. cooperation authority have the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract concluded for the implementation of a project in any of the following cases: 31.1. the beneficiary fails to fulfil a contract for the project implementation, including non-compliance with the time limits set out in the project or have other circumstances occurred which negatively affects or may affect the specific monitoring indicators; 31.2. in other cases laid down in the Treaty for the implementation of a project. 32.
