No 33 51) amendments to Cabinet of Ministers 2010 august 10 Regulation No 740 "order in which report on the European Union's structural and cohesion funds in the implementation of the identified inadequacies, shall take a decision on the use of funding granted and recover the irrelevant costs" issued under the European Union's structural funds and the cohesion fund management law, article 18, paragraph 3 of the Cabinet to make the 2010 august 10 Regulation No 740 "order in which report on the European Union's structural and cohesion funds in the implementation of the identified discrepancies shall take a decision on the use of funding granted and recover the irrelevant costs "(Latvian journal nr. 128, 2010 2011, no. 128;) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 6.1 and 6.2 point as follows:" If the contractor 6.1 cooperation authority, competent authority or managing authority disagrees with the audit authorities of the financial correction proposed, the certification authority is deducted from declared expenditure to the European Commission its expenditure audit authority acknowledged as inappropriate. 6.2 certification authority pursuant to the provisions of point 6.1 retained expenses declared the European Commission only if the audit authority is recognised by the corresponding retained expenses. " 2. Replace paragraph 7, the words "until the next 15th date of the month" by the words "within five working days from the first date of the month". 3. Add to 19.1. subparagraph after the word "duty" with the word "request". 4. Delete paragraph 21, the word "additional". 5. Add to subparagraph 25.1., after the word "duty" with the word "request". 6. Delete paragraph 27, the words "in addition". 7. Make the paragraph 32 as follows: "32. the contractor within five working days after the corresponding expenditure made this provision the account referred to in paragraph 30:32.1. submit payment authority for a payment order to recover the funds of the European Union and the State budget financing the transfer of State budget revenues. Payment institution provides the payment order within three working days of receiving it; 32.2. inform the certifying authority for recover the European Union funds and the State budget funding, indicating the number and name of the project, the total amount of expenditure carried out appropriately and its breakdown by source of funds.
