Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 426, Riga, 19 June 2012 (pr. No 34 26) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 27 December 2005, regulations No. 1047 "rules on road mobile machinery not provided for an internal combustion engine of pollutant emissions in the air," Issued in accordance with the law "on conformity assessment" and article 7 of the law "on pollution" in article 11 paragraph 5, second subparagraph, and paragraph 10 to make a Cabinet of 27 December 2005, regulations No. 1047 "rules on road mobile machinery not provided for an internal combustion engine of pollutant emissions in the air" (Latvian journal , 2006, no. 8; 2007, 57 no; 86. in 2011, no.) the following amendments: 1.
