Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 468 in Riga on July 3, 2012 (pr. III. Transport contract 12. 29. The driver is prohibited: 29.1. to carry passengers if the taxi meter is turned on; 29.2. the taxi rank, bus terminals and other places with the same or another person (which do not participate in the journey) to invite passengers, indicating the direction of travel or the endpoint; 29.3. to pick up other passengers in the taxi, the taxi if you disagree with the existing passenger; 29.4. taxi smoking cabin; 29.5. to carry passengers unless a contract of employment with the carrier except if the Manager is also a carrier, which received a special permit (licence) issued by the municipality; 29.6. taxi use outside the driver's working time.

30.
