Civil Aviation aircraft cabin crew training instructors and flight security staff training instructors certified by the national agency of Civil Aviation Agency "(hereinafter referred to as the Civil Aviation Agency). 4. a Person may obtain civil aviation aircraft cabin crew training instructor qualifications in the following areas: 4.1 civil aviation aircraft cabin crew work optimisation; 4.2. in civil aviation safety and emergency procedures; 4.3. persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility service. II. Qualification requirements in civil aviation cabin crew training instructors 5. Civil Aviation aircraft cabin crew training instructor qualifications can get a person that: 5.1 completed a course on teaching methodologies; 5.2. acquired the two-year experience in the field of civil aviation. 6. The provisions referred to in point 5.1, the course contains at least the following topics:

6.1. the training methodology; 6.2. the establishment of the programme. 7. The rules referred to in point 6.1 the curriculum content skills evaluation methodology the methodology, if the applicant wishes to obtain civil aviation aircraft cabin crew training instructor qualifications in civil aviation safety and emergency procedures, and of persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility the service area. 8. in addition to paragraph 5 of these regulations to the requirements of the person who lays claim to civil aviation aircraft cabin crew training instructor qualifications in civil aviation cabin crew members working in the field of optimization, meets the following requirements: 8.1. has completed a course on human capabilities and limitations in aviation; 8.2. has completed specialized in civil aviation cabin crew work optimization course instructor. 9. International air transport association's passenger numbers of persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility recognition; 11.2. communication with persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility; 11.3. persons with disabilities or persons with reduced mobility and positioning of the aircraft cabin; 11.4. passenger briefing, safety demonstrations, as well as routine, emergency and evacuation procedures for persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility. 12. Civil Aviation aircraft cabin crew training instructor qualifications, maintained at least two courses a year or every two years, visiting the appropriate qualification course. III. requirements for the provision of employee training flight instructors flight assurance 13 employee training instructor qualifications can get a person that: 13.1. is at least two years of work experience in any of the following posts: 13.1.1. flight crew member; 13.1.2. the Weatherman organization, which works in the field of civil aviation; 13.1.3. air traffic controller; 13.1.4. flight security officer or employee; 13.2. the finished flight training instructor of the employees providing the course. 14. This rule 13.2. course content referred to in the following topics: 14.1. methodology; 14.2. the establishment of the programme; 14.3. flight assurance employee errors identification and analysis; 14.4. civil aviation regulations governing legislation; 14.5. air mass (weight), balance controls, and performance; 14.6. navigation; 9.1. air traffic management; 14.8. meteorology; 9.3. the transport of dangerous goods by air; 14.10. flight planning and follow-up; 14.11. radio communication; 14.12. human capabilities and limitations; 14.13. aviation security (emergency situations). 15. the provision of employee training Flight instructor qualifications, maintained at least two courses a year or every two years, visiting the flight security staff training course. IV. Certification and supervision 16. a Person who wishes to receive civil aviation aircraft cabin crew training instructor's certificate, shall be submitted in writing to the Civil Aviation Agency submission (annex 1). The application shall be accompanied by the following documents: proof of the 16.1. course; 16.2. the work experience certificate. 17. a Person who wishes to receive flight training instructor staff provision, written by Civil Aviation Agency submission (annex 2). The application shall be accompanied by the following documents: proof of the 17.1. course; 17.2. work experience certificate. 18. Civil Aviation Agency this month after 16 or 17 of the provisions referred to in paragraph submission and receipt of documents shall take a decision on the issue of the certificate, or of the refusal to issue a certificate, if not submitted all the required documents or they do not comply with the requirements of this regulation. 19. Civil Aviation aircraft cabin crew training instructors or employees of flight security training instructor certificate (3 or 4, respectively) issued for an indefinite period. 20. Civil Aviation aircraft cabin crew training instructor and flight preparation of the staff providing the instructor after the receipt of the certificate at least every three years forward to the Civil Aviation Agency for information about these rules 12 and 15, paragraph compliance with the requirements. 21. Civil Aviation Agency may decide to withdraw the instructors certificate, if not complied with within the time limit set in point 20 of these rules, the above requirements.
