No 45 22) beet and seed solely trade rules Issued under the seeds and varieties of law article 2, paragraph 1, subparagraph a, and article 17 of the fifth part i. General questions 1. solely determine the beet and seed trading arrangements as well as the institutions that control the marketing of beet seed imports from countries which are not Member States of the European Union (hereinafter third countries). II. Sēklaudzētāj, a seed producer, packer and the Merchant Registration 4. VII. Seed packaging 62.
