Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 589 in Riga august 28, 2012 (pr. 49. § 18) natural park "the twenty" personal protection and terms of use are Issued in accordance with the law "on especially protected natural territories" of the second subparagraph of article 14 and article 17, second paragraph i. General questions 1. determines: 1.1. natural park "the twenty" (natural park) and the use of protection; 1.2. the name of nature park-special informative signs and its creation and use. 2. Natural park was created to protect the tērvete River Valley landscape, inherent in Latvia and Europe especially protect habitats, especially protected species and their habitats, while ensuring the sustainable development of the territory, as well as site-specific natural and cultural value of public recreation and conservation education. 3. Natural park is in the following functional areas: 3.1 natural barring area; 3.2. natural park area; 3.3. the neutral zone. 4. Natural park area is 1386 ha. Functional area of natural park scheme set out in annex 1 of these provisions, but the functional area within the description in annex 2 of these rules. 5. the limits of the natural park of nature represents a special informative sign, a model of which, and the procedures for using these provisions set out in annex 3. 6. the nature protection authority specifies a restricted availability status information for the nature park of existing specially protected species Habitat, and specially protected habitat location if its disclosure could harm the environment. The following information shall be distributed only to the nature protection management written permission. 7. the nature protection authority by issuing a written authorisation following these rules, use the nature protection plan information and the latest information available concerning specially protected species and habitats in the territory of the nature park. Nature protection management authorization is not required for this provision and paragraph 10., 15.16.3 15.16.2., 15.17., and 26.3. in paragraph 23.1. these activities, which, in accordance with the laws and regulations on environmental impact assessment in national environmental service shall issue technical rules or carry out an environmental impact assessment. II. General aprobežojum around the nature park territory 8. Landlords legal possessor or prevent users from their property, possession, or use of existing real property to limit the movement of visitors through the paths that are specified in annex 1 of these regulations and for the nature park and the existing infrastructure. 9. throughout the natural park area prohibited to: 9.1. installation of the landfill; 9.2. getting valid minerals, except for underground water extraction in the personal needs; 9.3. installing wind farms; 9.4. to hunt water birds; 9.5. to take action that changes the nature of the environment and heritage-specific landscape elements or reduced biological diversity and ecological stability; 9.6. use encompasses the species restoration and regeneration of the forest (this prohibition does not apply to the tērvete "Sprīdīš" the dendroloģisk plantations); 9.7. using fertilizers and chemical plant protection products stands (with the exception of cloven-hoofed and repellent repellent pheromones tree trunks for the control of pests); 6.1. get Moss and lichen, as well as read the berries and mushrooms, damaging or destroying the repetitions; 9.9. move by motor vehicles, including cars, implements, motorcycles, tricycles, quads, mopeds, bicycles, as well as with animals and cart outside the road, except when travelling through the natural forest in the driveways and paths are matched this rule 12. in accordance with the procedure laid down in paragraph 1 or if the move is related to the management of these areas, the monitoring tasks of national defence or rescue and search work.

Tērvete reservoir (Swan) banned: 11.1. Enter shipping products, other than: 11.1.1 vessels belonging to the reservoir keepers; 11.1.2. the use of one of the boats of the personal needs of each water reservoirs, coastal land owner the legal possessor or user; 11.1.3. vessels which are used for the management or monitoring of the territory; 11.2. fishing, with the exception of: 11.2.1. angling from the dam; 11.2.2. fishing from 1 May to 30 June in that part of the water within the neutral zone; 11.2.3. fishing from July 1, around the reservoir. 12. the territory of the nature park the natural forest and the path of the carriageway, the use of horse riding, driving a carriage and other vehicles, as well as economic activities related to recreation, sports and tourism services in the area of natural park, writing should be harmonized with the land owner, the legal possessor or operator. 13. Natural park area allowed to perform forestry operations to create and maintain the landscape in accordance with the natural landscape of the park plan in writing consistent with environmental protection administration and the local government. III. Natural area 14 closed natural zone barring created a specially protected forest habitats, biologically valuable old forests, rare and specially protected species and their habitats. 15. Natural barring area prohibited to: 15.1. to reduce the destruction of animals, the forest meadow mow and the direction of the edges lauc Center; 15.2. to damage or destroy (also ploughed or cultivation of the forest of ieaudzēj or aizaudzēj, the bushes) forest meadow and lauc, except game follow-on lauc; 15.3. to undertake activities that contribute to soil erosion; 15.4. to burn dry grasses and reeds, as well as the repetitions. This prohibition does not apply to specially protected habitat restoration measures, on which it is received by the environmental protection administration's written authorisation and writing knowledge of fire safety and the institution responsible for fire-fighting; 15.5. to cut trees in the main lock and Reconstructive slapped; 15.6. to cut the trees, if parental lock stands aged: 15.6.1. pine and oak groves-60 years; 15.6.2. spruce, birch, melnalkšņ, an ash and lime groves-50 years; 15.6.3. Aspen groves – 30 years; 15.7. from 15 March to 31 July to carry out forestry activities except forest fire: 15.7.1. and fire-fighting measures; 15.7.2. reforestation with hand tools; 15.7.3. hazardous trees (trees that threaten the lives and health of people nearby buildings or infrastructure) digging and harvesting; 15.7.4. forest timber extraction not; 15.8. the ramifications of growing trees stands, save a tree pruning view point of installation and maintenance, power, and other linear communication, as well as traffic safety on the road; 15.9. stands dead trees to cut and remove fallen trees, krital, or parts thereof, with a diameter more than 25 centimeters in space, except hazardous tree felling. Kaltuš and dangerous trees after felling stands, except in regard to the 20 metre wide band along the trails, roads, stig, recreational areas and natural park of infrastructure objects. Allowed to remove fresh wind fallen ash and spruce, if it is more than five cubic metres per hectare; 15.10. the installation of camps and build tents outside of specially equipped places; 15.11. bonfire outside the specially-built sites that provide no further spread of fire (except fire combustion residue of digging under the fire protection and fire-fighting regulatory laws); 15.12. to hold autosacensīb, motosacensīb and velosacensīb, rally, treniņbraucien and test drive, as well as to hold ūdensmotosport and water skiing competitions, the national armed forces and militia training; 15.13. to destroy or significantly alter natural repetitions, except when required by these regulations allowed activities; 15.14. installation of farm animals-limited area of wild species held in captivity, as well as a fenced-in area of the wild species for holding in captivity; 15.15. Blot dry, forested wet avoksnāj minerālaugsn and wet peat soils;
No 15.16. carry out activities that result in changes in forest land use category, except by nature protection management written authorisation: 15.16.1. specially protected habitat, and specially protected species habitat restoration; 15.16.2. This provision is specified in annex 1. public nature of tourism and the construction of cognitive infrastructure; 15.16.3. roads, utilities and other civil conversion (reconstruction), if you change the width and position of the track; 15.17. to build waterworks building on the river tērvete and the installation of the drainage system, except where this necessary to prevent flooding of the territory outside the natural park area, as well as the environmental protection administration's written authorization: 15.17.1. natural flow of rivers, watercourses and water bodies adjacent area hydrological regime; 15.17.2. specially protected habitat, and specially protected species habitat restoration measures. 16. in the area of natural health a barring lock is only allowed where forest diseases, pests, animal or otherwise damaged trees pose large-scale threats and attacks from parasites can cause destruction stands volume production outside the nature area and barring a national forest service sanitary opinion. IV. Natural park area 20. Natural park zone created to preserve the heritage of representative ecosystems, the environment and the landscape, as well as recreational resources. 21. Natural park area prohibited: 21.1. bonfire outside the specially-built sites that provide no further spread of fire (except fire yards and fire the incineration of residues of digging under the fire protection and fire-fighting regulatory laws); 21.2. to cut trees and clear cut the curls in reconstructive; 21.3. stands dead trees to cut and remove fallen trees, krital, or parts thereof, with a diameter more than 25 centimeters in space, except hazardous tree felling. Kaltuš and dangerous trees after felling stands, except in regard to the 20 metre wide band along the trails, roads, stig, recreational areas and natural park of infrastructure objects. Allowed to remove fresh wind fallen ash and spruce, if it is more than five cubic metres per hectare; 21.4. the sanitary felling of trees to cut augtspējīgo; 13.4. to destroy or significantly alter natural repetitions, except when required by these regulations allowed activities; 21.6. the prevailing parental lock felling tree species of valdaudz trees (except in declining growth, forest disease, pests, animal or otherwise damaged trees), if the stand exceeds the age: pine and oak 21.6.1. groves-60 years; 21.6.2. spruce, birch, melnalkšņ, an ash and lime groves-50 years; 21.6.3. Aspen groves – 30 years; 21.7. the tree felling in the main lock: 21.7.1. reduce stumpage ground-floor stocking level below 0.4, not including dry standing trees; 21.7.2. stand in the way of openings greater than 0.1 hectare; 21.8. to reduce the destruction of animals, mow and agricultural land from the edges of the lauc Centre. Rough terrain conditions, the columns from the field during the open edges (also from the yard, road, open ditches, fence, River, water) to scrub or forest; 13.6. to damage or destroy (also ploughed or cultivation of the forest of ieaudzēj or aizaudzēj, the bushes), patio and floodplain forest, grassland and lauc, except game follow-on lauc.

Natural park conservation area without the prior written permission of Administration banned: 23.1. carry out activities that result in changes in forest, scrub, or agricultural land use category, except natural apmežojuš or before the creation of the natural park of the afforested land use categories to change land use category "forest" or "Bush"; 23.2. the tool autosacensīb, motosacensīb and velosacensīb, rally, treniņbraucien and test drive, as well as to hold ūdensmotosport and water skiing competitions, the national armed forces and militia training. V. neutral zone 24. Neutral zone created to promote territorial development and sustainable economic use. Vi. Natural monuments in the nature park of 25 has the following natural monuments: 25.1. Tērvete "Sprīdīš" Dendrology plantation; 25.2. the protected trees – local and encompasses his species (trees whose girth 1.3 metres above the tree root neck or height not less than that of the provisions referred to in annex 4). 26. Natural monuments in the territory around the territory of protected trees in the area of Crown cover, as well as 10 metre wide band (measured from a protected tree crown projection outside edge) banned: 26.1. carry out activities that are damaged or destroyed natural monument or reduce its natural aesthetic, ecological, or cultural value; 26.2. the installation of the camp, bringing tents and bonfire outside the specially-built sites that provide no further spread of the fire, except the fire fire yards and the incineration of residues of digging under the fire protection and fire control laws and regulations; 16.3. to be publicly available a natural tourism infrastructure inquiry and objects without nature protection management written permission. 27. in addition to paragraph 26 of these regulations to the requirements of the protected territory of the dendroloģisk Plantation is prohibited: 27.1. to cut trees in the main lock; 27.2. carry out activities that result in changes in land use category, except in the case of plantations established on dendroloģisk park or mezaparks, in accordance with the legislation on parks and mežaparks; 16.3. restore dendroloģisko of plantings without nature protection management written permission; 27.4. to cut trees without environmental protection administration's written permission. 28. in addition to paragraph 26 of these regulations to the requirements of a protected tree crown projection area, as well as in the 10 metre wide band of its banned: 28.1. to conduct activities that may affect the conservation of tree growth and natural development; 28.2. to put things (such as building materials, or wood) that blocked the view to the tree, restricts access to it or impair its aesthetic value; 17.6. to change environmental conditions – water and tree feeding mode; 28.4. carry out activities that result in changes in land use category; 28.5. destroy natural repetitions. 29. If a protected tree inhibits or shades under trees and shrubs, it allowed cutting wood in a protected Crown plane and adjacent area, created from wood-free wide band of 10 meters, measured from the protected wood Crown projection to the tree crown cover, in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the felling of trees in the forest, and out of it. 30. A protected tree felling (vintage) permissible only if it become dangerous and do not have the ability to prevent the hazard of the situation (for example, apzāģē a node, create a support), and the environmental protection administration's written permission. 31. If the protected wood is broken or cut off, the tree trunk and branches with a diameter greater than 50 centimeters, the wooded land is retained in the tree growth or the area around it.
