No 52) order in which is calculated and divided into State budget mērķdotācij of local folk art collective heads of State wage and social security payments in 2012, Issued in accordance with the law "on the State budget for 2012" article 3 first subparagraph, point 4 of 1. determines the order in which is calculated and divided into State budget mērķdotācij of local folk art collective (collective) Manager for national wage and social security payments in 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the mērķdotācij). 2. the Mērķdotācij shall be granted local collectives which: 2.1 prepare routine General Latvian Song and Dance Festival for the Repertory (koprepertuār) (choir, folk dance collective, and brass band); 2.2. According to song and dance holiday law of holiday participants (folklore, ethnographic ensembles, folk music, koklētāj of companies, applied arts studies, amatierteātr and the vocal ensembles) and in 2011 at least once participated in the song and dance of feast in the meantime. 3. for the purpose of calculating the amount of a particular mērķdotācij municipality in 2012, uses the electronic database "digital culture" and Kultūrizglītīb and Intangible Heritage Centre data for collective participation in the song and dance celebration statutory measures in 2011. 4. the amount of the Mērķdotācij for a particular municipality is calculated using the following formula: L = B x (G1 + G2 x 2) where the amount of L-mērķdotācij to the relevant municipality in 2012; B-base funding for one team in 2012; G1 – the number of the respective local collective, which prepare routine General Latvian Song and Dance Festival for the Repertory (koprepertuār) (choir, folk dance collective, and brass band); G2-General number of collectives in relevant authorities, which, according to song and dance holiday law of holiday participants (folklore, ethnographic ensembles, folk music, koklētāj of companies, applied arts studies, amatierteātr and the vocal ensembles) and in 2011 at least once participated in the song and dance of feast in the meantime, ongoing events; 2-participation-intensity factor. 5. The financial reference amount for one team in 2012 is calculated using the following formula: B = F, where Σ 2 + Σ x G1 G2 B-base funding for one team in 2012; F-mērķdotācij of 2012; ΣG1-the total number of all collective municipalities who prepare routine General Latvian Song and Dance Festival for the Repertory (koprepertuār) (choir, folk dance collective, and brass band); ΣG2-the total number of all collective municipalities, which, according to song and dance holiday statutory holiday participants (folklore, ethnographic ensembles, folk music, koklētāj of companies, applied arts studies, amatierteātr and the vocal ensembles) and in 2011 at least once participated in the song and dance of feast in the meantime, ongoing events; 2-participation-intensity factor. 6. the Municipalities spent mērķdotācij a collective head of State wage and social security payments, if appropriate collectively meet this provision in paragraph 2 of the said conditions. 7. Mērķdotācij of the municipality shall be granted in accordance with the provisions of annex 1. 8. Mērķdotācij is assigned for 2012 in October, November and December.

10.
