No 56) Latvia nature museum rules Issued in accordance with the law of public administration facilities 16. the first paragraph of article i. General questions 1. Nature Museum (Museum) is the protection of the environment and regional development the Minister's direct authority. The Museum has the following functions: 3.1. maintaining and developing the Museum's inventory, and to ensure its preservation; 3.2. take inventory of scientific activities in research and the natural sciences; 3.3. carry out environmental education work; 3.4. provide public access to the Museum's inventory. 4. in order to ensure the fulfilment of the museum function performs the following tasks: 4.1 maintain existing collections and objects in the dabaszinātnisk, continue to carry out the Museum's inventory, records and scientific research; 4.2. create constant exposure; 4.3. organizes and produces exhibitions on science topics; 4.4. the Latvian nature research, prepare and publish scientific research on the stock and the Latvian Museum of nature; 4.5 prepare and implement wildlife research and environmental education projects; 4.6. inform the public about Latvian and World Wildlife Diversity, promotes the development of a sustainable society and considerate attitude to nature; 4.7. collect, compile and analyse statistical data on Museum visitors and measures; 4.8. the dabaszinātnisk of students organise group lessons; 4.9. organizes lectures, excursions, Museum and nature, as well as organized training expeditions; 4.10. develop and implement educational programmes and measures muzejpedagoģisk; 4.11. draw up and implement the lifelong learning programme of activities for different target groups; 4.12. issue guides, catalogues and other information material about Latvian nature, Museum, Museum of the history of items and the Museum's scientific and educational activities; 4.13. provide advice in the field of science and muzeoloģij; 4.14. take natural objects expertise; 4.15. maintain and develop the Museum's operation required infrastructure. 5. The Museum has the following rights: 5.1. publish informational, scientific, popular science and advertising expenses and to promote media coverage of the Museum; 5.2. the promotion of the Museum to use its emblem; 5.3. the poll and to interview the Museum visitors; 5.4. charge for the Museum, the public paid for the Museum's public services price list of the charge; 5.5. make purchases to replenish the inventory of the Museum; 5.6. According to competence to cooperate with State and local authorities, non-governmental organizations, private individuals, as well as international and foreign institutions; 5.7. to receive donations, donations, foreign financial assistance to participate in the tender of projects to attract funding; 5.8. other activities of the Museum of the laws governing your rights. III. Museum governance and funding arrangements of the Museum work 6 conducts Museum Director. IV. activities of the Museum Justice and reporting 11. Museum personnel decisions and actual action may be challenged, submitting the application to the Director of the Museum. The Museum Director's decision can be appealed in court. 12. the Museum Director to succeed administrative provisions and actual action (except in paragraph 11 of these rules in these cases) can be a challenge for environmental protection and regional development Ministry. The protection of the environment and regional development Ministry's decision may appeal to the Court. 13. the Museum prepared and legislation established on the report in the Museum's functions and the use of financial resources. The Museum once a year gives an overview of the Museum's functions in the digital culture of Latvia on the map. 14. V. concluding questions 15.
