Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 708 in 2012 (on 16 October. Access to third-level information is: 25.1. the national police; 15.7. the National Guard; 25.3. Security Police; 25.4. the citizenship and Immigration Board; 25.5. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Consular Department; 15.9. the Latvian diplomatic and consular representatives abroad; 25.7. the National Protocol; 25.8.
