Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 668 in 2012 (25 September. No 53 45) University, College and study direction of accreditation Issued under the provisions of article 9 of the Law School is the first part of the article the ninth part of the 55.3 and the Education Act, article 14, paragraph 8 and 10 and article 27 of the general issue I. 1. determines: 1.1. high school and College accreditation; 1.2. the directions of study in higher education; 1.3. the direction of study accreditation the accreditation procedure and extraordinary; 1.4. the University, College and study direction of accreditation page samples; 1.5. criteria for accreditation process assesses the direction of study; 1.6. the establishment of the Commission for the accreditation of study conditions, rights and obligations.
II. Universities and colleges accreditation procedure 2. Decision on the high school or college accreditation adopt higher education Council (hereinafter Council), if on the date of adoption of the decision are accredited not less than half of the field of study in which University or College shall implement a study programme. 3. Electronic submission of the application and the documents annexed thereto signed with a secure electronic signature in accordance with electronic document the conditions laid down in the law. The application and accompanying documents shall be submitted in an official language with English translation. In the case of a dispute, the national language of documents submitted prevails over the English translation of the document. 8. the application and accompanying documents shall be signed by the Rector of the University or college. Deliverable document table of contents is added to the set. 9. the notified body shall examine the application and the documents attached to it and, if necessary, request the missing information. The Evaluation Committee shall prepare a joint opinion, taking into account the following sources of information: for 14.1. high school or college self-assessment report; 14.2. learner and employer survey results; 14.3. the information provided by the central authority of the sector in which the graduate school or College shall implement a study programme which delegated to the monitoring functions in the field of regulated professions (hereinafter supervisory authority), as well as quality public services, security services and the information provided by the observer for the high school or college if you have such information; 14.4. If the Council has adopted a decision to refuse accreditation to the University or College, graduate school or college you can re-submit the application no earlier than six months and not later than the year following the adoption of that decision. 22. The current application for accreditation shall be accompanied by the following: 66.1. VII. Financing of accreditation 74. High school or College, as well as their field of accreditation shall be borne by the University or college funds.
VIII. Closing questions 75.
