Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 738 in 2012 (October 30. No 60 41) amendment Cabinet 24 May 2011 rules no 408 "climate change financial instruments project financed by the open competition" reduce greenhouse gas emissions in areas of local public lighting infrastructures "Charter" Issued in accordance with the law "on the participation of the Republic of Latvia, the Kyoto Protocol's flexible mechanisms" in article 10 the third paragraph of point 1 and 2 make the Cabinet 24 May 2011 rules no 408 "climate change financial instruments project financed by the open competition" reduce greenhouse gas emissions in areas of local public lighting infrastructures "Charter" (Latvian journal by 2011, 92 no) amendment and supplement to the provisions of point 4.1, the following wording: "the balance of Funding 4.1 responsible authority adds open competition complex solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions" within the available financial instruments for financing if: 1. the project application 4.1 intended for the implementation of project activities after the project submission ranking this provision in paragraph 46, in that order, in the light of this provision of paragraph 47 of these conditions, it is not sufficiently financed under this provision and paragraph 4, a decision is taken on the draft submission rejection; 4.1 2. during the implementation of the competition is terminated with the beneficiary of the financing of the project contract; 4.1 3. during implementation of the project, as the beneficiary of the project contract, the contract is reduced within the available financial instruments in the amount of funding; 4.1 4. by statutory approval and final payment transfer is established that the beneficiary does not make use of all available project funding of the financial instrument.
