Nr. 68) 19 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 March 2006 no. 248 "provisions of the rules on maritime safety of fishing vessels ' Issued in accordance with the maritime administration and the Maritime Security Act, article 11 of the fourth draw of the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 March 2006 no. 248" provisions of the rules on maritime safety of fishing vessels "(Latvian journal, 2006, 2009, 81 No; 147. no; 2010, 206. no; 2012, no 6) the following amendments : 1. Express Chapter 1 by the following: ' 1. The Helsinki Commission is a Commission established by the Helsinki Convention objectives; 2.30. the testing methods of fire protection code (FTP code) is the Organization in 1996 by resolution MSC 61 (67) adopted the international fire test procedures code; 2.31. The Torremolinos Protocol of 1993 relating to the Torremolinos Protocol to the 1977 Torremolinos International Convention for the safety of fishing vessels (with amendments); 2.32. the recognised organisation is a recognised classification society in accordance with the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009. All fishing vessels, hull, main and auxiliary machinery, machinery, electrical and automatic plants are designed, constructed and maintained in accordance with the rules of a recognised organisation. 4. safety requirements on board fishing vessels is controlled administration maritime safety inspection officers (hereinafter Inspector). The Administration may exempt fishing vessels with new construction and equipment of these rules 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 in chapter requirements, if their application significantly complicates the new characteristics of construction and equipment of a research and implementation. If the Administration in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 6 and 8 of the released fishing vessel from a separate enforcement of these rules, it shall submit to the Ministry of transport information, confirming that the security level is saved. Inspection 1.4.1. General provisions 18. If the current view is completed after the expiry date of the existing certificate, the new certificate shall be valid for a period of up to five years from the date of expiry of the existing certificate. 44. the certificate, the validity of which is less than five years, the Administration may be extended to five years, if the inspection is carried out. 45.
