Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 813 2012 in Riga on 27 November (pr. No 66 32) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 6 October 2009. Regulations No. 1151 "rules on the radio spectrum band distribution and breakdown of the radio radio systems, as well as on the use of the radio spectrum band for general conditions (national radio frequency plan)" issued under the electronic communications law article 49, first subparagraph, and article 50 to make the Cabinet of Ministers of 6 October 2009.
