To supplement the rules by 2.12 2.13 2.14, and subdivisions as follows: "2.12. support for animal by-products for the collection, transport and processing 117.1 support is provided by the European Commission of 15 December 2006, Regulation (EC) No 1998/2006 on 87 and 88 of the Treaty. application of article de minimis aid (Official Journal of the European Union, of 28 December, no L 379). 117.2 Support aims to ensure the slaughterhouses and meat processing plants, the resulting category 1 and 2 animal by-products the collection, transport and processing according to the requirements of the legislation on animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption. 117.3 support pays for the food and veterinary service of the company in the register of registered or approved slaughterhouses and meat processing plants, the resulting categories 1 and 2 of by-products (animal by-products and derived products, which are excluded from human consumption), other than manure and digestive tract content (hereinafter referred to as the by-products), collection, transport and recycling – up to 20 Lats per tonne. the aid shall be granted to the tenderer 117.4, which provides: 1. optimize the 117.4 of by-products for collection, transportation and recycling systems; 2. the by-products of 117.4 collection, transport and processing according to the requirements specified in the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009. in Regulation (EC) no 1069/2009 laying down health rules as regards animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1774/2002 (Official Journal of the European Union, 2009. on 14 November, no. L 300) and the European Commission on 25 February 2011 Regulation (EU) No 142/2011, implementing European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) no 1069/2009 laying down health rules as regards animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption and Council Directive 97/78/EC with regard to certain practices and goods which are not on the border veterinary checks carried out under that directive (Official Journal of the European Union , 2011 February 26, no. L 54). The objective of the aid is to provide food of animal origin used in the safety of the products. the aid covers part of 117.11 inspection service costs of slaughterhouses, but no more than 1.17 million lats of one inspection per hour. This provision 117.12 117.11 support referred to in paragraph 1 shall be granted to the institution, in the exercise of State supervision and control of food, animal feed, veterinary medicinal products, by-products, animal health, animal welfare and breeding, as well as provide food safety and phytosanitary border control (hereinafter supervisory authority). 117.13 117.11 these rules support referred to: 1. the supervisory organ 117.13 until 1 March of the current year shall be submitted by support services in the field of application; 2. Support for participation in food quality schemes in one and the same support during the period from September 1, 2012 until 1 September 2013 these provisions grant the 206 and 208. applicants referred to in points. 205. " 38. Deleting subsection 6.3. 39.
