Express 27 the following: 27. If the applicant works as a veterinarian or a veterinary care veterinārfeldšer authority, he in addition to these regulations, paragraph 26 documents shall also submit certified statement from jobs. Make 30 and 31 by the following: "30. If the applicant for the duration of the certificate is raised according to the assessment of qualifications and is received not less than 50 qualifying points, including at least 25 points for the qualification in the field of veterinary medicine courses, seminar and Conference attendance in Latvia and outside Latvia (every year no less than five qualification points), the Certification Commission has taken a decision on prolongation of the period of validity of the certificate without the applicant's qualification examination and issue a new certificate of the society. 31. Applicant arranges background checks in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 15 and 16, if the duration of the certificate, he has raised the qualification, but has received 50 points according to the assessment of qualifications, including at least 25 points for the qualification in the field of veterinary medicine courses, seminars and conferences attendance. Express 35 as follows: ' 35. certification the Commission shall adopt a decision on the refusal to prolong the period of validity of the certificate and revoke the certificate if: applicant with 21.8. Court ruling has limited capacity (prohibition is attributable to the period during which capacity restriction is in effect); 35.2. with a court ruling to the applicant is deprived of the right to work in the profession of veterinary or veterinārfeldšer (ban is attributable to the period during which the legislative restriction is in effect); 35.3. the applicant has violated the scope of veterinary regulatory legislation, causing damage to animal health or the environment. " 7. Make 41 as follows: "41. The Certification Commission has taken a decision on the cancellation of the certificate, if: 25.5. received the certified application with the request of the person to cancel the certificate; 41.2. a certified person with the Court's ruling is: 41.2.1. limited capacity (prohibition is attributable to the period during which capacity restriction is in effect); 41.2.2. prohibited from working in the profession of veterinary or veterinārfeldšer; 41.2.3. found in the area of veterinary regulatory legislation violations that harmed animal health or the environment. " 8. To supplement the rules 44.1 and 44.2 points with the following: "certified that veterinarian 44.1 veterinary practice certificate was issued before January 1, 2011, the veterinarian Association of Latvia until May 1, 2013 to submit notice of veterinary practice (annex 3). 30.
