No.) the following amendments: 1. Replace the words "in paragraph 8.2. as well as in other bodies, which are the property of the State or local authorities" with the words "in other bodies, which are the property of the State or the municipality, as well as private rivers where fishing is allowed." 2. Supplement with 23.1 and 23.2 points as follows: "the Board may Fund 23.1 make a decision without calling a meeting of the Council, except if the decision is taken: 23.1 1. project financing, rejection or deferral; 23.1 2. project overview acceptance or rejection and the recovery of funding transferred from the project promoter and the resources allocated. 23.2 If the Fund, the Council shall adopt a decision without calling a meeting of the Council, the decision-making procedure is as follows: 23.2 1. Council of the Fund secretariat prepared and sent electronically to the members of the Council a draft decision and decision the necessary documents; 23.2 2.  If the members of the Council of the Fund have no objection or proposal on the draft decision, the members of the Board of the Fund for it electronically inform the Council of the Fund secretariat within five working days from the date of the transmission of the draft decision. Received electronic opinions adds electronic matching protocol. The decision taken shall be signed by the leader of the Council of the Fund and noted that the decision adopted without calling a meeting of the Council of the Foundation. The Secretariat of the Council of the Foundation shall send a certified copy of this decision to the members of the Council of the Foundation; 23.2 3.
