Replace the arrangement in article 1, paragraph 1, the words "regional development and Municipal Affairs Ministry (hereinafter RAPLM)" with the words "the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry (hereinafter referred to as we)"; 3. Replace the entire text of the arrangement, the abbreviation "RAPLM" with the abbreviation "can"; 4. Replace article 5 of the agreement, the words "in the name of the technical assistance payments and check" with the words "technical assistance payments, checks and redistribution"; 5. Express agreement to article 5 (1) of the following: "1. A TEMPEST approved each year TA budget. The annual TP budget is divided between AVI and ATS. AUK in approving the budget, may propose to the TP part of the redirect. If the end of the period of implementation of the projects has more features than have been used, AVI released this means the Member States, subject to the proportionality of contributions. " 6. To replace the title of the article 5 "Technical assistance payments and Verification" with "Technical assistance payments, Verification and Reallocation"; 5. supplement wording of the point 1 of the article 5 as follows: "1. The TA budget be approved annually by the IR JMC. The annual budget is allocated to TA between the JMA and the JT. JMC, approving the TA budget, may it reallocat on the initiat of TA savings it projects.
