Put the following in paragraph 14: "14. Certification provides three categories of certificates: 14.1 (A) category (Sports Trainer) certificate; 14.2. Category B (Sports Trainer) certificate; 14.3. Category C (Athletic Trainer) certificate. " 10. Delete paragraph 16. 11. Express 17.3. subparagraph by the following: "17.3. meets one of the following criteria: 17.3.1. working as a sports coach, the past five years has produced teams or athletes who are the Favorites of Latvia Nations team and shown the results that meet the high level criteria for determining the results (annex 2); 17.3.2. working in the chosen sport not less than 20 years, manages and organizes training sessions for teaching selected sports no less than 16 hours a year, draw up new sports specialists chosen sports, led by the new sports specialist professional training practices, is teaching methodical, textbook or a special edition of the table of author or co-author; ". 12. Replace paragraph 27, the words "category B, C or D certificate" with the words "(B) or (C) a certificate of category". 19. To supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 40:40. Category D "certificates are valid until the date of expiry stated therein, and the right to provide aid to the people who attend the gym workouts (practice) or acquire vocational guidance education of sport, advising and recommending human body to physical exertion, rationally using sport to strengthen human health and conservation, as well as the development of sporty mastery drive sports training (lessons) in accordance with the developed sports training (sessions) plan who's got the category (A), (B) or (C) a certificate, only that person's temporary absence. " 20. Replace the words "annex 1 ___ ____ category sports specialist" with the words "____ ___ category sports (sports coach)". 21. Amend Annex 2 in paragraph 2, the word "doubles". 22. Make 2. paragraph 3 of the annex by the following: "3. the high-level results not in Olympic sports are not recognized athlete or team places in leagues competitions (in the relevant discipline or category of weight), in which participated less than eight countries (excluding fought medal). If the competitions participated in fewer than eight countries, the number of participants must be not less than 16 (the number of command-not less than 12) and athlete or team should be ranked athletes or teams rating in the first half (including qualifying competitions, if any occurred). " 23. Replace annex 2, paragraph 4, the words "international sports federations (GAISF) in General in association" with the words "international sports federations Association (SportAccord)". 24.
