Information systems and electronic services development "project application selection, the second, third, fourth and fifth round." 2. To replace the words "in paragraph 1.1 the second and third" with the words "the second, third, fourth and fifth". 3. Express 4 by the following: "4. the second round of the Apakšaktivitāt within the European regional development fund is $31,417,505.82." 4. Supplement with 4.2 and 4.3 of paragraph following: Apakšaktivitāt of the fourth "4.2 selection round available under the European regional development fund is 4 230 000 lats. The available amount of liabilities that exceed the available apakšaktivitāt European regional development fund, is 7 167 025 lats. 4.3 the fifth round of the Apakšaktivitāt within the available amount of liabilities in excess of the available apakšaktivitāt European regional development fund, is 1 780 250 lats. " 5. Replace paragraph 12 in number and the words "annex 1" with numbers and the words "annex 1, 1.2 or 1.3. 6. Add to subparagraph of 14.2.1 rules with the following wording: "14.2.1 communications systems and development (project application selection in the fourth round)." 7. To supplement the provisions of this paragraph 16.1.5.: "16.1.5. communication systems and end users of radio equipment technical specification development costs (project application selection fourth round);". 8. Make the introductory part of point 16.3 as follows: "16.3. information system or a communications system development costs;". 9. To supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 16.3.5.1: "16.3.5.1 communication system user authentication (project application selection in the fourth round)." 10. To supplement the provisions of the following paragraph in the 16.3.7: "16.3.7. designed or enhanced communication system test cost (the project application selection fourth round);". 11. Make the introductory 16.4. subparagraph by the following: "16.4. information system and communication system implementation costs until it launches productive activities". 12. To supplement the provisions and paragraph 16.4.7.16.4.8. by the following: "16.4.7. technical infrastructure rental costs of the communication systems development days of the project activities (project application selection fourth round); 16.4.8. communication systems configuration costs (project application selection in the fourth round).
