No 29 20) the order in which the funds of the State budget expenditure of the municipality covers a minor asylum seeker accommodation Issued in accordance with article 9 of the law on asylum in the eleventh part 1. determines the order in which the Ministry of welfare (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) from the State budget shall be borne by the municipal expenditure on minor unaccompanied asylum seeker accommodation child care institution or audžuģimen.  2. The municipality to review the quarter following 15th date of the month, the Ministry submitted a request to cover the local costs of the previous quarter of minors unaccompanied asylum seekers (hereinafter minor) accommodation in the child care institution or audžuģimen (annex). 3. The first time you submit to this provision the request referred to in paragraph 2, the municipality shall be accompanied by a copy of the decision of the family courts for minor's insertion of child care institution or audžuģimen.  4. when the provisions of the request referred to in paragraph 2, the Ministry requested and citizenship and migration affairs administration of the minor's compliance with the minor unaccompanied asylum-seeker status. 5. If the minor has reached the age of 18, the Ministry and the Ministry of education and science, on the basis of the national education information system data, information on whether the person concerned has launched basic education or general secondary education in Latvia and they continue well after the age of 18 years. 6. If the Ministry finds errors in this provision in the request referred to in paragraph 2, it shall ask the local government within five working days of the request for clarification and submit again. 7. within 10 working days after receiving all necessary information, the Ministry checks the estimate of funding due to the municipality under the asylum Act, article 9 of the eighth, the ninth or the tenth part, and shall decide on the expenditure from the State budget, the amount of money transfer to the account specified by the municipality, or refuse to cover the costs, if not complied with, the asylum law on the social services and social assistance to the law or the requirements set out in these provisions and indicate the grounds for refusal. 8. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet of 22 December 2009 Regulation No 1580 "provisions on the procedures of the national budgets to bear the expenses of local authorities, housing a child care institution of minors unaccompanied, and this magazine about" (Latvian journal, 2009, 204.
