Regulations No. 1204 "animals and products derived therefrom, the order of that are not regulated directly applicable European Union legislation on organic farming "(Latvian journal, 2009, 2010, 169. no; no; 164.2012, 3. no) the following amendments: 1. Express the point 1 and 2 by the following:" 1. the provisions laid down by the deer, Mouflon, wild boar, rabbit, snails, earthworms (hereinafter referred to as the animals), ostrich, pheasant, pigeon, quail meat (birds) and their products, which is not regulated the procedure for the European Union's directly applicable legislation on organic farming. 2. Any natural or legal person who produces, prepares or imports the rules referred to in paragraph 1 of animals and birds, or of products obtained from a State which is not a member of the European Union, with a view to their resale, or who sells such products (hereinafter referred to as the operator), the Council of 28 June 2007 Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91 (hereinafter Regulation No 834/2007) and the law on the organic surveillance and control requirements. " 2. Delete paragraph 3, the words and figures "Regulation No 889/2008 and section IV". 3. Chapter II shall be deleted. 4. To make the title of chapter III as follows: "III. Animals and derived products in the order. 5. Put the following in paragraph 14: "14. animals and products obtained from those exercises marked" organic farming ", if one of the following requirements: 14.1. they are born on the organic farm; 14.2. they have been holding, entering the transitional period of the holding in accordance with Regulation No. 834/2007 and article 17 of 24 months under this provision raised; 14.3. they are introduced into the holding in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 15 and 16 and raised according to the requirements of this Regulation: 14.3.1. Supplement with 16.1 and 16.2 of the following paragraph: "If pamatganāmpulk is less than 10.0 10 or less than five red rabbit, fallow deer, wild boar, Mouflon or operator on the organic farm during the year can be imported into any conventional farmed deer, rabbit, wild boar, Mouflon or dambried. 16.2 With food and veterinary service prior authorization for this rule set out in paragraph 16 of part can be increased up to 40 percent if: 16.2 1. is significantly expanded livestock farms; 16.2 2. breed is changed; 16.2 3. started a new livestock specialisation. " 9. Delete the 19 and 20. 10. Express 22.1. subparagraph by the following: "22.1. rabbits and jauntruš (between the ages of two to six months) there, pens and cages;". 11. Delete 22.2. section. 12.
