No 30 30) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 3 November 2015 regulations No. 623 "edible caseins and caseinates quality, classification and additional labelling requirements" Issued under the food surveillance law article 4, fourth paragraph, and article 13, paragraph 3 of part 1. make Cabinet 3 November 2015 rules no. 623 "edible caseins and caseinates quality, classification and additional labelling requirements" (Latvian journal by 2015, nr. 218.) 1.1. the following amendments: to replace in paragraph 1, the words "production" with the words "sour food casein, food himozīnkazeīn and food production"; 1.2. make paragraph 2 by the following: "2. the provisions apply to: 2.1 a sour-milk casein food products obtained by acid or skimmed milk is renneted products obtained from milk, then separating whey and coagulates the rinsing and drying; 2.2. the food himozīnkazeīn-milk products obtained or skimmed milk is renneted products obtained from milk, then separating whey and coagulates the rinsing and drying. Coagulates obtained using rennet or rennet, which corresponds to the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008, Regulation (EC) no 1332/2008 on food enzymes and amending Council Directive 83/417/EEC, Council Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999, Directive 2000/13/EC, Council Directive 2001/112/EC and Regulation (EC) No 258/97;

Edible caseins and caseinates in the labelling on the packaging, containers or labels indicate the following are clearly visible, legible and indelible information: 9.1. name-" acid casein for food "," food himozīnkazeīn "or" food production "; 9.2. the net weight in kilograms or grams; 9.3. the food business operator's name or business name and address, to which the name or business name, this product is sold, or if this operator is not established in the European Union,-the European Union importers market; 9.4. the country of origin, if casein and caseinates of food imported from third countries; 9.5. the date of manufacture or lot identification number. "; 1.6. to replace paragraph 12 in the numbers and the word "9.1, 9.4, 9.5 in" with the number "9."; 1.7. to make 14 the following: "14. If the caseins and caseinates food minimum milk protein content higher than intended this provision to paragraph 1 of annex 1, it may be appropriate to indicate in the labelling on the product packaging, the container or the label. '; 1.8. replace paragraph 24, the words "acid casein" with the words "acid food" and the words "casein casein in the enzyme" with the words "food himozīnkazeīn"; 1.9. the deletion of informative references to the directives of the European Union (1); 1.10. adding to the informative reference to European Union directive to point 4 as follows: "4) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 directives (EU) 2015/2203 on the approximation of the laws of caseins and caseinates intended for human consumption and Council Directive 83/417/EEC."; 1.11. to make annex 1 as follows: "annex 1 Cabinet 3 November 2015 regulations no 623 edible caseins and caseinates quality and classification requirements No. p. k.
