Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 396 in 2016 (21 June. No 30 30) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 3 November 2015 regulations No. 623 "edible caseins and caseinates quality, classification and additional labelling requirements" Issued under the food surveillance law article 4, fourth paragraph, and article 13, paragraph 3 of part 1. make Cabinet 3 November 2015 rules no. 623 "edible caseins and caseinates quality, classification and additional labelling requirements" (Latvian journal by 2015, nr. 218.) 1.1. the following amendments: to replace in paragraph 1, the words "production" with the words "sour food casein, food himozīnkazeīn and food production"; 1.2. make paragraph 2 by the following: "2. the provisions apply to: 2.1 a sour-milk casein food products obtained by acid or skimmed milk is renneted products obtained from milk, then separating whey and coagulates the rinsing and drying; 2.2. the food himozīnkazeīn-milk products obtained or skimmed milk is renneted products obtained from milk, then separating whey and coagulates the rinsing and drying.
