Monitoring the financial reporting regulations Issued in accordance with the provisions of the credit institutions act, article 6 of the fifth and the third subparagraph of article 50 of the i. General questions 1. II. Reporting 4. a credit institution that is important in a supervised institution shall prepare and submit to the financial and capital market Commission (hereinafter the Commission) monitoring of financial reports in accordance with a Regulation of the European Central bank (EU) 2015/534 (17 March 2015) for monitoring financial disclosure (ECB/2015/13) (hereinafter – EU Regulation No 2015/534), the requirements of annex I, as well as the following report templates: F 00 20.01, 20.02, F, F, F, F, F, 20.03 22.01 and 22.02 20.07 F. 5. III.
