Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 306, Riga, 4 June 2013 (pr. Nr. 33 17. §) rules on the cadastral value base 2014 issued under the real estate cadastre of the State Law 68. the first paragraph of article 1. confirms the value of the cadastral base in 2014. 2. The cadastral value of the database field real estate group consists of: 2.1. agricultural land base value in rural areas (annex 1); 2.2. the forest land base value in rural areas (annex 2); 2.3. land base value cities real estate for the purpose of target groups "agricultural land" and "water land" (annex 3); 2.4. land base value cities real estate for the purpose of the target group "forestry land and specially protected natural areas in which economic activity is banned by law" (annex 4); 2.5. building type base value (annex 5). 3. The cadastral value of the base building residential real estate group consists of: 3.1 land base value (annex 6); 3.2. the ground standartplatīb and standartplatīb correction factor (annex 7); 3.3. building type base value (annex 8); 3.4. building standartapjom and volume correction factor (annex 9); 3.5. the Group base value (annex 10). 4. The cadastral value in the database industry building real estate group consists of: 4.1 land base value (annex 11); 4.2. the land of standartplatīb and standartplatīb correction factor (annex 12); 4.3. building type base value (annex 13); 4.4. building standartapjom and volume correction factor (annex 14). 5. The cadastral value of the base business and public building real estate group consists of: 5.1 earth base value (15); 5.2. the land of standartplatīb and standartplatīb correction factor (annex 16); 5.3. building type base value (17); 5.4. building standartapjom and volume correction factor (annex 18); 5.5. Group base value (annex 19). 6. The cadastral value of the base civil engineering structures form the type base value (annex 20). 7.
