Nr. 1) 34 regulations on Latvian National coat-of-arms and the Vidzeme, Latgale, Kurzeme and Zemgale crests heraldic color tones and graphical labels Issued in accordance with the law "on the State coat of arms of Latvia" article 4, third paragraph 1. determines the coat of arms of Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the national coat-of-arms) and Vidzeme, Latgale, Kurzeme and Zemgale crests (hereinafter heritage area crests) heraldic color tones and color graphic heraldic symbols. 2. the national coat-of-arms and the heritage area to display crests appear using such color tones: 2.1 black-PANTONE BlackC or CMYK 0/0/0/100; 2.2. Red-Pantone or CMYK 0/100 186C/81/4;
2.3. Silver-PANTONE 877 c or CMYK 0/0/0/27; 2.4. Green-Pantone or CMYK 341C 100/0/67/29; 2.5. Golden-PANTONE 873 c or CMYK 0/32/100/9; 2.6 blue-Pantone or CMYK 286C 100/66/0/2.3. National coat-of-arms and crests of the heritage area appear to represent these rules referred to in paragraph 2, the PANTONE colors. Blue – RGB 19/73/145.5. If the national coat-of-arms and the heritage area of the coat represents this rule in paragraph 2 or 4 of those referred to in the material or technique (such as fabrics, ceramics or other material) and of the technological process or base properties, it is not possible to use this provision in paragraph 2 PANTONE color tones, used to represent the color tones, which visually compared, as close as possible to comply with the provisions referred to in paragraph 2, the PANTONE shades of colors. Silver may be replaced by a color that visually aligned PANTONE Cool gray 4 c. Gold may be replaced by a color that visually aligned PANTONE 131C. 6. the national coat-of-arms and heraldic crests of the heritage area of the color tone of the graphic signs indicated in the annex to these provisions. 7. The rules referred to in point 6 of the heraldic color tone graphic signs national coat-of-arms and the heritage area to display the coat can be used as an alternative to these rules that use the color tone of informative educational materials, as well as external legal cases. 8. Depicting national coat-of-arms and the heritage area is not allowed, the coat color shades that do not meet these rules 2, 4 or 5 shades of colors listed in, or coat-of-arms in colour image conversion and display a black and white image. 9. the national coat-of-arms and the heritage area can display monochrome coat-kontūrzīmējum or kongrīv (reljefspiedum), providing a visible and clearly legible display of the coat-of-arms. 10. Depicting national coat-of-arms and the heritage area as a protection coat item or its components document protection of the euro against counterfeiting (for example, hologram, kinegram or watermark) can not apply this provision in paragraph 8 and 9 of these conditions.
