Nr. 1) 34 regulations on Latvian National coat-of-arms and the Vidzeme, Latgale, Kurzeme and Zemgale crests heraldic color tones and graphical labels Issued in accordance with the law "on the State coat of arms of Latvia" article 4, third paragraph 1. determines the coat of arms of Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the national coat-of-arms) and Vidzeme, Latgale, Kurzeme and Zemgale crests (hereinafter heritage area crests) heraldic color tones and color graphic heraldic symbols. 2. the national coat-of-arms and the heritage area to display crests appear using such color tones: 2.1 black-PANTONE BlackC or CMYK 0/0/0/100; 2.2. Red-Pantone or CMYK 0/100 186C/81/4;
2.3. Silver-PANTONE 877 c or CMYK 0/0/0/27; 2.4. Green-Pantone or CMYK 341C 100/0/67/29; 2.5. Golden-PANTONE 873 c or CMYK 0/32/100/9; 2.6 blue-Pantone or CMYK 286C 100/66/0/2.3. National coat-of-arms and crests of the heritage area appear to represent these rules referred to in paragraph 2, the PANTONE colors.
