No.) the following amendments: 1. Replace the text, the words "public funding intensity" (fold) with the words "ERDF aid intensity" (fold). 2. Add to paragraph 10, after the word "late" with the words and figures "and the structural funds of the European Union for the implementation of the project for the State budget funding to at least 1 039 809 lats but not more than 2 100 000 lats". 3. To supplement the provisions of this section 13.1.2.1: "13.1.2.1 develop, approve and publish the responsible authorities on the website of the combined support of the project and the project beneficiaries of weighted average ERDF intensity calculation methodology;". 4. Replace paragraph 14.16. numbers and the words "and 2.1.3 2.1.2 and 2.2.2 or 2.2.3. under the subheading" with numbers and words "2.1.2 2.1.3, 2.2.2, 2.2.3, paragraph 19.8., and 25". 5. Supplement with 14.18. subparagraph by the following: "beneficiary 14.18. monitor the cooperation partner of the ERDF reimbursement compliance with this rule 83.1 points." 6. To supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 27.1.1.1: "from this provision 10 27.1.1.1. referred to in European Union structural funds projects for funding in the State budget. " 9. Express 27.1.2.4. subparagraph as follows: "27.1.2.4. investment in kind pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 28 of these terms. In-kind contributions can replace this provision referred to the scientific 27.1.1.1 institution national research centre within the framework of the national budget available funding ". 10. Express 31 the following: "31. the combined support of ERDF funding the project and the ERDF aid intensity shall be determined taking into account the following conditions: 31.1. project mismanagement of that planned investments for use in projects or partners of the applicant is not operating in the commercial (non-economic): apply to commercial 31.1.1. support for unbound project implementation conditions; 31.1.2. maximum allowable aid intensity is the ERDF 89.5%; 31.2. the economic part of the project, which planned investments intended for use by the applicant of the project or business partners operating in the (economic), apply one of the following categories: business support 31.2.1. de minimis aid granted under Commission Regulation (EC) No 1998/2006; 31.2.2. regional investment aid granted under Commission Regulation (EC) No 800/2008; 19.4. This provision 31.2.2. in the case referred to in subparagraph the economic part of the project the maximum allowable aid intensity is: ERDF 31.4.1.  70% if the beneficiary meets the micro or small business person definition; 31.4.2.60% if the beneficiary complies with the definition of the average trader; 31.4.3.50% if the beneficiary meets the definition of a great merchant; 31.5. the project and each beneficiary of the ERDF project part of the weighted average of the intensity of the aid calculated in accordance with the provisions of subparagraph 13.1.2.1 methodology; 19.6. This provision, 36.1.5., 36.1.6 36.1.3.. and 36.2. cost referred to mismanagement of the percentage shall be determined on the basis of the weighted average percentage of the extent to which the long-term investment and contribution in kind the beneficiary intends to use non-economic key activities. " 11. Express and 37.6 37.5. subparagraph as follows.: "37.5. To supplement the provisions of this subparagraph with 39.17.: "this provision 36.1.3 39.17.. 36.1.5., 36.1.6., and 36.2. cost referred to the economic part, where the economic part of the ERDF funding granted pursuant to Commission Regulation No 800/2008." 14. Replace paragraph 73, the words "the beneficiary" (fold) with the words "beneficiary" (fold). 15. Replace the words "in paragraph 77 the beneficiary" (fold) with the words "beneficiary" (fold). 16. To supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 79.1: "79.1 during project implementation funding for the project by the beneficiary and the beneficiary's share of the project weighted average ERDF intensity conversion (hereinafter the ERDF recalculation), providing the following conditions are met: 1. The ERDF carried out recalculation 79.1 according this rule 13.1.2.1 methodology referred to, taking into account the actual project investment costs and the percentage of the extent to which the investments planned for the use of non-economic and economic actions; 2. If this explanation is not filed or the explanation is not justified, liaison body cost reallocation may be considered not to have occurred, notifying the beneficiary of the financing; 51.7. conversion of the ERDF project and the beneficiaries of the project each part of the ERDF funding for specific payment request. If the conversion is conducted under the ERDF to 79.1 points, these provisions cooperation authority may decide not to approve the request for payment by notification through the beneficiary. " 22. Supplement with 83.1 points as follows: "After the approval of the payment request 83.1 cooperation authority funding recipient shall provide information on the total request for payment refunds within the ERDF funding and its distribution to the beneficiaries, taking into account this provision 51.7.
