To express the point 12 the first sentence as follows: "If the job placement services intended to provide, in cooperation with foreign partners, the applicant in addition to the 10 and 11 of these regulations the documents mentioned in paragraph shall submit to the Agency, the competent foreign authorities document (copy) proving that a foreign partner is entitled to provide job placement services in that country." 7. Supplement with 20.1 points as follows: "If the month of 20.1 of the applicant, the date of receipt of the application to the Agency does not require further information and documents do not accept and does not give a decision on the issue of the licence or a refusal to issue a license, it is considered that a job placement services the operator is assigned." 8. Make the following paragraph 21: ' 21. based on a decision on the issue of the licence, the Agency shall issue the applicant a license under the provisions laid down in the annex, subject to the application specified in the licence. " 9. Delete paragraph 22. 10. Add to paragraph 23 first sentence after the word "countries" with the words "or job placement service". 11. the express section 24.13. the following wording: "job placement service ads 24.13. indicate the business name, registration number, site address, license number, and date of registration, and the authority which issued the licence;". 12. Express the following subparagraphs 19.6.: 19.6. the second working day after the decision and send the license electronic document designed for laws on electronic documents, or the next business day onsite service after publishing Agency's website for information on the register of licences to operators who have the right to provide job placement services, indicating the job placement service provider name, the number of the certificate of registration, registered office and place of business address , contact information, license number, date, job placement service of the country or countries and the job placement service of the type or types of codes. The Agency's Web site for information about the operators who license suspended or revoked license, the Agency shall publish the date of entry into force of the decision. " 13. Delete 38.5. section. 14. To supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 49: "49. Job placement service type codes – 1 a provision of services related to work or for the establishment of the civil service, as well as working on the consideration of the international youth, culture, education, employment and experience exchange programs (international nurses do exchanges, education and work programmes, work and travel programs, holiday work programs and other programs). 1. b – services related to job search, meaning the consulting job placement issues, information about job vacancies and other equivalent services designed to offer or make the person the establishment of labour relations. 1. c – the provision of services relating to the selection of potential employees, employers, excluding services related to job advertisement placement and advertising, unless such advertising does not aim to job placement services. 2 – provision of labour services, within which the employment service provider as employer sends an employee on a certain period of time a person with the right and the guidance of the work is to be carried out.
