Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 440 Riga, July 30, 2013 (pr. No 41 41) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 January 2011 regulations No. 75 "rules for active employment measures and preventive measures to reduce unemployment, organisation and financing arrangements for the implementation of the measures and selection principles" Issued in accordance with the law on the support of the unemployed and jobs seekers-article 4 of the second, fifth and eleventh part done Cabinet 25 January 2011 regulations No. 75 "rules for active employment measures and preventive measures to reduce unemployment, organisation and financing arrangements for the implementation of the measures and the choice principles" (Latvian journal by 2011, 21, 99, 198. no; 2012, 117. no; 13, nr. 47) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 15.1 points as follows: "15.1 these rules shall apply paragraph 15.4., if not chosen for the implementation of measures under the legislation on public contracts or legislation on public contracts do not provide for the application of the procurement procedure." 2. " 11. To supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 94.1: "94.1 financial aid shall not be granted to those employers in the fisheries sector and the agricultural sector, which, according to paragraph 94 of these rules be regarded as ailing economic operators."
12. Add to subsection 3.4.2 to 96.1 points as follows:

"96.1 the financial aid granted to unemployed people with disabilities are employed in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1535/2007 and Commission Regulation (EC) no 875/2007, counted according to laws and regulations on the procedures for administering and monitoring State aid granted under Commission Regulation (EC) No 1535/2007 and Commission Regulation (EC) no 875/2007." 13. Express 109.13 4. subparagraph by the following: "4.109.13 expenses for surdotulk, Assistant, ergoterapeit and other specialist services activities involved the unemployed with disabilities. Assistant monthly costs does not exceed 50% of the national minimum monthly wage in proportion to the number of days in which the unemployed with disabilities participate in the practical training of; ". 14. To supplement the provisions of this paragraph 6 with 109.13: "109.13 6. to cover expenses for expert services that assess whether the employer applying for practical training, the implementation of these provisions is not referred to in paragraph 94, the ailing economic activity." 15. To make 115. paragraph by the following: "115. commercial or self-employment activities to involve the initiation of unemployment that in writing the Agency indicated their desire to start a business or self-employment and meet at least one of the following conditions: 115.1. have acquired vocational secondary education or higher education, business, business management or other similar area or areas in which to start a business or self-employment; 115.2. have received vocational training programme, which provides the necessary knowledge in the field of business management or field that is scheduled to launch a commercial or self-employment; 115.3. have got professional secondary education or higher education and trained in non-formal education programme (not less than 120 academic hours) with business management related field. " 16. Delete the words in subparagraph 131.7. "ongoing". 17. Make the following subparagraphs 132.7. Assistant monthly costs does not exceed 50% of the national minimum monthly wage in proportion to the number of days in which the unemployed with disabilities enrolled in the event; ". 20.
