No.) the following amendments: 1. Express 1.6. subparagraph by the following: "1.6. vehicle type of vehicle (including one category of variants and versions) that is specified in this provision in the chapter A of annex 1 and do not differ in such essential respects as: 1.6.1. category; 1.6.2. the manufacturer; 1.6.3. the manufacturer's type designation specified; 1.6.4. main construction characteristics and construction characteristics; 1.6.5. backbone chassis, chassis with side members, articulated; 1.6.6. number of axles of the tractor; 1.6.7. in several stages made vehicles – different manufacturer and upstream vehicle type; ". 2. Make the following paragraph version 1.18: "1.18. approval authority – public authority: 1.18.1. with all vehicles, systems, components or separate technical unit type-approval to the aspects of the authorisation process, the issue of certificates of approval, revocation or refusal, the functions of the contact points of other Member States in their relations with the approval authority, the technical service designation; 1.18.2. to ensure that the manufacturer will carry out its responsibilities with regard to the conformity of production; " 3. Supplement with 1.27 1.28 point in that and: "1.27. importer: the natural or legal person who carries out business in the European Union and from third countries are placed on the market for a vehicle, system, component, separate technical unit or equipment; 1.28. the dealer: the natural or legal person in the supply chain, other than the manufacturer or importer and which makes available to the market for a vehicle, system, component, separate technical unit or component equipment. " 4. To supplement the provisions under point 2.3 the following wording: "2.3. vehicles, components, systems and separate technical unit monitoring the market." 5.
