Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 594 in 2013 (20 august. No 45 74. §) rules on national statistical report forms of education are Issued according to the National Statistics Act, article 4, second part 1. national statistical report forms in the field of education, as well as their submission and filing procedures. 2. Approves the following national statistical report forms in the field of education: general education institutions report (day, evening or correspondence school) (VS-1) (annex 1). Educational institutions which exercise the day, evening or distance education programs, fill out the form in accordance with the VS-1 instructions listed on the form; 2.2. Preschool education institutions report (NAP-1) (annex 2). Preschool educational institutions form completed in accordance with the GSP-1 instructions listed on the form; 2.3. the educational interests of the implemented curriculum review (VOLUME-1) (annex 3). Educational institutions which implement educational programs of interest, fill in the form under the IIP-1 instructions listed on the form; 2.4. the vocational sports education institutions report (ISIP-1) (annex 4). Educational institutions which implement vocational sports education programs, fill out the form under the ISIP-1 instructions listed on the form. 3. the national statistical surveys in the field of education respondents submitted electronically by entering data in the national education information system: 3.1 General education review (VS-1) and preschool education institutions report (NAP-1) – each year, up to 27 September; 3.2.
