General questions 1. sworn notaries determines the rates of remuneration and the procedure for determining it. 2. III. IV. Remuneration of cash, securities, freights, valuables, items and documents in the possession of 33. 24.4. of the other first and second class heirs – 46.95 euro, but if the property value is inheritable (counts the debts not) exceed eur 8537 in addition to the prescribed taxi – 0.5% of the inheritable property values in excess of eur 8537; 39.3. of the other third-class heirs – 58.69 euro, but if the inheritable property value (not the debts counts) exceeds 3557 euro, in addition to the prescribed taxi-1.5% of the inheritable property values in excess of eur 3557; 24.5. the fourth class of heirs – 58.69 euro, but if the inheritable property value (not the debts counts) exceed eur 1067, in addition to the prescribed taxi – 5% of the succession to property values in excess of eur 1067;
24.5. of the other heirs, 70.43 €, but if the inheritable property value (not the debts counts) exceeds 854 euro, in addition to the prescribed taxi – 7.5% of the inheritable property values in excess of eur 854. 40.50% rate from this provision, paragraph 36, and 39.1 39.2. rates referred to if the minor children inherit from their closest relatives.
Vi. Consideration of the Division of property of the taxi project and activities outside the practice site 41. Property Division project – euro 18.78 dialing, but if multiple property values in excess of eur 5691, in addition to the prescribed taxi-0.3% of the divisible property values in excess of eur 5691. 42. For activities outside the sworn notary practice – 4.70 euro for each hour, but not more than euro for day, 20.35 plus the amount referred to in these provisions sworn notary's remuneration for each job step.
VII. Consideration of the composition of project freights 43. VIII. Consideration of freights on legal aid
