No 47 65) national information and communication technology management Manager forum rules Issued in accordance with the public administration facilities of article 13 of the law i. General questions 1. national information and communication technology management leaders forum (forum) is a collegiate consultative and methodical cross-sectoral institution established to promote effective national information and communication technology management. 2. The Forum shall consist of: 2.1. State and local institution building and effective use of information and communication technologies. 6. the Forum has the following tasks: to ensure regular 6.1 Exchange of information, experience and views, providing advice, instructions or examples of good practice in information and communication technologies in the area of governance, including: 6.1.1. authorities the necessary information and communication technologies in planning, accounting, procurement, implementation, use, maintenance, sharing, interoperability, security, development and optimization; 6.1.2. the information and communication technologies provide opportunities and benefits for optimal function of the institutions as well as institutions to organize services and content development and access; 6.2. the assessment of the situation and problems of information and communication technologies in the field of State and local institutions and make proposals for solutions and collaboration capabilities, to ensure that: 6.2.1. State and local information and communication technology infrastructure, including State and local government information system interoperability, as well as the sharing of national and local government bodies; 6.2.2. the use of information and communication technologies to simplify procedures and reducing administrative burdens in the State and municipal institutions, functions and services; 6.3. coordination of information and communication technologies for the development and management measures of the performance of the public administration sector (resort) and cross (pārresor) level in order to achieve rational: 6.3.1 with the information and communication technology-related technical, financial and human resources; 6.3.2. prevent information and communication technology infrastructure, including information systems (national information system), duplication of functionality or compatibility. 7. the Forum has the following rights: 7.1 use the authorities existing documents containing the forum's tasks, the necessary information; 7.2. to attract the participation of the forum in the public or private sector specialists in the area of information and communication technologies; 7.3. the authorities to express their views on law and development planning documents or the development of information and communication technologies; 7.4. to create a forum for the performance of the tasks of the Working Group, including those of the forum members, as well as in the public or private sector specialists in the area of information and communication technologies.
III. implementation of the activities of the Forum

V. Organization of work of the Forum in the period between the meetings of the forum

34.
