No 50 74) amendment of the Cabinet of Ministers of 19 May 2008 a Regulation No 339 "rules on the State fee for the legal protection of topographies of semiconductor products" Issued under the protection of topographies of semiconductor products act of the transitional provisions of paragraph 2, make 1 Cabinet 19 May 2008 a Regulation No 339 "rules on the State fee for the legal protection of topographies of semiconductor products" (Latvian journal, 2008, 79 no) and express (2) of the following : "2. the State fee payable amounting to: 2.1 for the registration of topographies of semiconductor products applications are submitted in accordance with the protection of topographies of semiconductor products Act article 5 first paragraph – 142.29 eur; 2.2. topographies of semiconductor and storage of samples in accordance with the protection of topographies of semiconductor products Act article 5, paragraph 1, second subparagraph – € 71.14; 2.3. for the registration of topographies of semiconductor products (including certificate issuance and publication of registration) in accordance with the protection of topographies of semiconductor products Act article 8 first paragraph – 85.37 eur; 2.4. on appeal, in accordance with the protection of topographies of semiconductor products Act article 9 – the first part of 170.74 euro; 2.5. for the submission of objections against the registration of the topographies of semiconductor products in accordance with the protection of topographies of semiconductor products Act article 10 the first paragraph – 170.74 eur; 2.6. for the registration of topographies of semiconductor products or of the application for registration of the right of passage or the license registration (except compulsory licence)-€ 42.69; 2.7. for amendment of the topographies of semiconductor products in the national register of topographies and other registration related documents, in accordance with the protection of topographies of semiconductor products Act article 16, third paragraph-28.46 the euro; 2.8. concerning the issue of the duplicate certificate of registration – € 42.69.
