Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 955 in 2013 (on September 24. No 50 65) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 27 October 2009 Regulation No 1250 of the "rules on stamp duty on property rights and the strengthening of the law of the land securities" Issued in accordance with article 106 of the law of the land, the second part 1. make Cabinet 27 October 2009 Regulation No 1250 of the "rules on stamp duty on property rights and the strengthening of national security in the land" (Latvian journal, 2009, 175 no) the following amendments : Express 1.1 paragraph 5 and 6 by the following: "5. the stamp duty on property rights in the land consolidation for each real estate fixed at: 5.1 the expropriation on the basis of a court decision or on the auction for the approval or the Act on the basis of a court decision on the strengthening of the real estate nosolītāj, co-owner or vendor – 2% of the property value (in euros), but no more than 42686.15 eur; 5.2. the expropriation on the basis of the contract of donation – 3% of the property value (in euros), but not more than 71143.59 eur; 5.3. real estate-the Corporation's share capital – 1% of the share capital of a capital company investment in the real estate investment amount (euro) but not more than € 1422.87. 6. Stamp duty on property rights in the land of strengthening children, spouse, parents, brothers, sisters, half-brothers, half-sisters, grandchildren, and great grandparents on each real property these rules 5.1 and 5.2 in cases referred to in point determines the 0.5% of the property value (in euros), but not more than € 1422.87.
