No 52 41) arrangements to pay for the food and veterinary service of State surveillance and control activities and fees Issued under the food surveillance law in the ninth subparagraph of article 21.1, veterinary law, article 12 and article 53 of the first subparagraph of paragraph 5, the animal feed law article 3, fourth paragraph, of the law on budget and financial management of the ninth paragraph of article 5 and article 12 of the pharmaceutical law the second part of rule 1 defines : 1.1. procedures to be carried out for: 1.1.1. food monitoring statutory national surveillance and control activities; 1.1.2. Veterinary statutory national surveillance and control activities and veterinary control; 1.1.3. Pharmaceutical activities set out in law; 1.2. the procedure shall bear the expenses related to the animal feed business in recognition of the company; 1.3. The food and veterinary service charges provided by the types of services and price list. 2. food and veterinary service (hereinafter service) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004, Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules (hereinafter Regulation No 882/2004), collect a fee for: 2.1 live animals and meat, including meat products , poultry, game, rabbit and farmed game meat and by-products, animal feed and fishery products, the supervision and control of the country, when they are imported into or transit through Member States of the European Union; 2.2. national surveillance and control activities and services of meat distribution companies. 3. the fee for national surveillance and control activities and services set at a level to cover the costs of the service in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 article 27 paragraph 4 and annex VI. 4. the fee for the regulations laid down in the national surveillance and control activities service charged in accordance with the provisions of annex 1, but fees for services provided by the fees of services, in accordance with the provisions of annex 2. 5. Fee for national surveillance and control activities in the border control of goods and products of the service shall be charged in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 of annex V and annex 3 of these rules according to the net weight of the goods and freight. 6. Regulation No 882/2004 article 28 fee for the official control service extra charged in accordance with the provisions of annex 4. 7. the fee for the services of paid services provided by movement of veterinary medicinal products in the service shall be charged in accordance with the provisions of annex 5. 8. Service on the basis of the registration certificate of the veterinary medicinal product by the holder (owner) of the application, shall take a decision on the applicant's release from the veterinary drug post-marketing surveillance annual fees if the veterinary medicinal product concerned, the turnover in the previous calendar year did not exceed eur 2134.31. 9. the fee referred to in these provisions for public surveillance and control activities and a paid service workers to bear: 9.1. service by using a payment card; 9.2. the money paid to service account with a credit institution or other body which has the right to carry out money transfers. 10. the following provisions of those national surveillance and control activities and a paid service worker pay under service prepared the Bill. 11. on the basis of the worker's application services, service with a service worker can agree on financial contributions to the account before the State of the service monitoring and control operations and services, as well as the receipt of the invoice. 12.
