Educational institution, company representative and legislative learner or its representative, if the learner is a minor training contract concluded pursuant to this rule 8.4. Training contract shall be not less than one semester. 8. The company is a training contract: 9.1. designate a work environment based on training managers in the company, subject to this provision, paragraph 10; 9.2. the training contract and within the time limit set in order ensure learner instruction in matters of protection of work and presented the company's agenda; 9.3. provides for the learner's work environment-based teaching according to the individual plan, subject to the company's internal rules, labour protection, fire safety and electrical safety requirements, as well as sanitary facilities; 9.4. ensure the individual learner during the implementation of the plan, with individual employment protection products according to the regulations on labor protection requirements for the use by workers of personal protective equipment; 9.5. in the supervision of individual trainees during the implementation of the plan; 9.6. determine the student count for the world of work-based learning manager organization; 9.7. provide education learner knowledge, professional skills and the skills assessment for the individual learning plan training and procedures laid down in the Treaty; 9.8. conclude with learners or its statutory representative if the learner is a minor, the employment contract under the labour relations regulatory framework or understanding about the work environment-based teaching scholarship award; 9.9. the implementation of cooperation with industry expert advice on the implementation of vocational training quality, efficiency and compliance with the requirements of the labour market and promoting a work environment based training, subject to the regulatory framework of vocational training in industry expert councils established competence in vocational education, as well as regulatory frameworks sectoral Councils of experts in the field; 9.10. learner provides insurance against civil liability in respect of the individual during the implementation of the plan, according to the training contract. 10. Concluding study contracts and implementing individual plan, student has the following rights: to choose business 12.1. pursuant to the provisions referred to in 8.2; 12.2. use the transport and service of the hotel services pursuant to this provision, 8.6; 12.3. to receive individual security features and special working clothes under this rule 9.4.; 12.4. to receive compulsory insurance against accidents pursuant to this provision and paragraph 8.11. liability insurance pursuant to this provision, section 9.10. 13.
