Specific aid planned total attributable funds is 27 034 565 euros including the European Social Fund financing 22 979 380 euro and State budget co-funding of eur 4 055 185. Application of the project total eligible funding plans to no more than 25 353 413 euros, including the European Social Fund funding in the amount of eur 21 550 401 and State budget co-funding of eur 3 803 012. Application of the project outcome and results indicators in proportion to the project plans available funding, while ensuring these rules specified in point 4.2 intermediate value. From January 1, 2019, a responsible authority following the decision of the European Commission for the implementation of performance frameworks may propose to increase the specific aid projects in the total amount of eligible costs up to € 27 034 565 pursuant to this funding source referred to a proportional distribution. 6. the maximum eligible European Social Fund funding is 85 percent of the total eligible project funding. 7. II. requirements for the applicant and the project partner Project applicant 11. specific aid is the national education development agency. The cooperation agreement shall contain information in accordance with the laws of the order in which European Union structural funds and the cohesion fund management in participating institutions provide the planning document preparation and implementation of these funds in 2014 – 2020 programming period, as well as at least the following conditions: 14.1. implementation of eligible partners and their amount; 14.2. the report and other information the submission procedures and deadlines. 15. III. eligible activities and costs 18. is specific support for the following eligible: 18.1. training supply and training needs for the collection and assessment of compliance with labour market requirements and development needs, as well as personal growth interests; 18.2. support for professional continuing education in learning, which allows the employee to obtain professional qualifications; 18.3. support for professional development education learning, which enables them to acquire employed labour market requirements verification of professional knowledge and skills; 18.4. support for non-formal education program, which includes learning to labour market requirements relating to social and professional competences. Employed by non-formal education programme learning knowledge issued identity document; 18.5. support career consultant services; 18.6. support outside the formal education system acquired professional competence; 11.6. additional support measures of social exclusion risk population into this rule 18.2, 18.3, 18.4. and 18.6. eligible activities referred to in point: 18.7.1. The specific aid is eligible shall be the following: 19.1. direct eligible costs; 19.2. indirect eligible costs. 20. If the staff is employed in the normal working time, work equipment acquisition cost is eligible for 100 percent. If an employed person there's temporary disability, her job is the next working day after the temporary inability to notify the end beneficiaries. For temporary incapacity the time costs of financial assistance is not being made and the receipt of financial assistance period is extended; 22.2.4. If the employee stops training, her job is two working days after the date of termination of training pay the beneficiaries the amount of financial assistance overpayment for the period in which the person no longer has been training; 22.3. the beneficiary plans to cover the cost of transport for journeys of the declared place of residence or work place and back to the classroom, according to the duration of training, if employed in a person who complies with this provision for the purpose referred to in 18.7.2. group, participates in this rule 18.2, 18.3, 18.4. and 18.6 in in these activities, and assisted its offset in the following order: 22.3.1. for the first advance payment of training a month – 30 € to be paid within five working days after the decision on the granting of aid; 22.3.2. for next months monthly financial aid does not exceed 30 euro a month.
