The specific objective is to increase the qualified educational institutions number of trainees after their participation in the world of work-based training or employer-led training and hands-on teaching practice. 4. Specific aid target trainees of the educational institution, which teaches vocational secondary education and vocational education programs. 5. These provisions shall not apply to the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Defense subordinated to national vocational training institutions and for Fire and civil protection College of professional education programs implemented by company, as well as to order educational programs that meet the professional qualifications of the profession regulated under the regulatory framework, which defines the regulated profession and recognition of professional qualifications. 6. Specific aid the planned total attributable funds is eur 21 937 153, including the European Social Fund funding and 18 646 580 Euro State budget co-funding of eur 3 290 573. 7. For the purposes of the project total eligible funding available is 20 572 986 euro, including the European Social Fund funding 17 487 038 euro and Government co-financing 3 085 948 euros. Specific support for implementing the project application to the limited selection. 14. II. requirements for the applicant and the project partner

16. the project applicant is a Latvian employers ' Confederation. III. eligible activities and eligible costs

25. The specific aid is supported in the following: 25.1. working environment-based curriculum in vocational education-implementation in the company and to the post of master; 25.2. the qualification requirements for practical training and teaching practices of a company or in cooperation with a host of professional secondary education and vocational training programmes; 25.3. project management and implementation; 25.4. event management information project partners; 25.5. information and publicity measures for the implementation of a project. 26. The specific aid is eligible shall be the following: 26.1. direct eligible costs that are directly associated with the project receiving funding and the need for results, and this is a clear and demonstrable; 26.2. indirect eligible costs not directly connected with the funding recipient project results, but support and provide appropriate conditions for the implementation of the activities supported and results. 27. IV. Specific support conditions and the implementation of the agreement on the implementation of the project in terms of unilateral notice 31. After conclusion of the contract for the project implementation, cooperation, on the basis of the beneficiary's written request, provide advance funding for the requested advance payments according to legislation on the State budget planning the European Union's structural and cohesion funds for the implementation of the project and execution of payments in 2014 – 2020 programming period. 35. The funding recipient, advance and the total amount of interim payments may be 100 percent of a project for the European Social Fund and, if required, in the draft State budget totals, with the exception of co-financing referred to in paragraph 32. 36. Specific support for monitoring the implementation of the Ministry of education and science established a project in which the Supervisory Board with voting rights shall invite public education content Center, Ministry of welfare, the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of culture, the Union of the Latvian authorities, in an advisory capacity, representatives of large cities of Latvia, Latvian Association of Chambers of crafts, the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and industry, the Latvian free trade union, regional planning, as well as representatives from other associations and foundations concerned with vocational education and enterprise in vocational training.
