The experts invited by the Commission is obliged to participate in the meeting of the Commission. 9. Ministry of the economy provides the secretariat functions of the Commission. The Secretariat performs the following tasks: 9.1 prepare submissions for consideration by the Commission at the hearing; 9.2. the Commission informed the members of the meeting time and place; 9.3. invite that person referred to in paragraph 7, the meeting of the Commission; 9.4. national accreditation bodies shall invite competent experts to report on the institution of the Commission meeting of the accreditation process, which submitted the application to the notified body status; 9.5. ensure the meetings of the Commission, the Commission recorded sitting members (members of the Commission and invited experts), as well as in the minutes of the meetings of the Commission; 9.6. within three working days after the meeting of the Commission to prepare and electronically sent to the members of the Commission meeting minutes. 10. If the Commission has information that a notified body no longer meets the requirements of this regulation do not fulfil their obligations, the Commission is empowered to convene a hearing and make a decision on the notified body status of the limitation, suspension or revocation. 11. the Ministry of the economy within three working days following that rule referred to in paragraph 10 of the decision shall inform the European Commission and the other Member States of the European Union.
III. submission of the application and consideration of 12. If the Commission secretariat submitted inaccurate or incomplete information, the Commission secretariat shall ask the applicant to clarify it for a specified period or for additional information. 16. If a notified body ceases activity or further failing to ensure compliance with the requirements of this regulation, it shall submit a written application to the Secretariat of the Commission on the status of notified bodies the restriction, suspension or withdrawal. 17. The secretariat of the Commission shall inform the applicant of the provisions referred to in paragraph 16 of the consideration of the application and within 10 working days of the dispatch of that information shall be convened by the Commission.
IV. Adoption of decisions 18. Examining the petition and its accompanying information, the Commission shall consider whether the applicant meets the requirements for the notified body defined in the laws under which the applicant is an accredited national accreditation body. 19. before the adoption of the decision, the Commission assessed the market surveillance authorities of information provided by the applicant of the actual operation of the previous three years (results of market surveillance, administrative decisions, the accidents). 20. the Commission shall be valid if they are sitting on at least two members of the Commission. Commission decisions are taken without the presence of the applicant, by a simple majority. Each Commission member shall have one vote. If the votes are divided into similar, the head of the Commission shall have a casting vote. 21. the Commission shall adopt a decision on the applicant's notification: 21.1 the European Commission if the applicant meets the requirements set out in these rules; 21.2. the applicant does not notify to the European Commission if it does not comply with the requirements laid down in these provisions. 22. the Commission shall adopt the decisions of the administrative procedure law.
V. conformity assessment bodies notification procedures 23. Ministry of the economy within three working days after the decision of the European Commission to submit information through the European Commission's internal managed electronic information exchange system (Nando-input). 24. The conformity assessment body shall be considered a notified body for the day when the European Commission the relevant information inserted in the system of information exchange (Nando), which is publicly available on the European Commission's official Web site (http://ec.europa.eu/enterprise/newapproach/nando).
