Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1380 in 2013 (3 December. No. 64 20) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 26 May 2009. Regulations No. 485 ' organic monitoring and control arrangements "Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 11, the first paragraph and the third subparagraph of paragraph 1, make 1 Cabinet 26 May 2009. Regulations No. 485 ' organic monitoring and control arrangements" (Latvian journal, 2009, 2010, 90 no; 90. No; No 134; in 2011, 2012 No, 52; 2013, 147 No.) the following amendments: 1. Express 7.1. subparagraph by the following: "7.1 month purchase organic products (excluding drinks) share (in euro) cooking corresponds to one of the following criteria: 7.1.1.30-60%; 7.1.2.61-90%; 7.1.3.90-100%; " 1.2. to replace paragraph 8, the word "ls" with the word "Euro"; 1.3. make 9.4. subparagraph by the following: "9.4. issue a certificate with proof of right to use: 9.4.1." 30-60% organic business "– this rule 7.1.1. the condition laid down in point according to the operator; 9.4.2. "60-90% organic business" – this provision 7.1.2. the condition laid down in point according to the operator; 9.4.3. "90-100% organic business" – this rule 7.1.3. the condition laid down in point according to the operator; " 1.4. to complement the chapter II by 11.2 point as follows: "11.2 11.6 these terms. the time limit referred to in subparagraph a certificate shall not be issued to the operator, if it: 1. is a legal member 11.2 person with a revoked certificate; 11.2 2. Member or governing body Executive means a natural person who had an individual trader or merchant, having cancelled the certificate. "; 1.5. to replace paragraph 16 in number, and the name "attachments" with 2 numbers and the words "annex 2 or 2.1"; 1.6. to supplement the provisions of this chapter IV1: IV1.
