Make paragraph 5 by the following: "5. the activity of the total funding available is 142 011 969 lats, including the European regional development fund co-financing – 120 260 175 lats, national financing (including public financing): not more than 10 700 320 dollars and other public and private funds, not less than 11 051 474 lat: 5.1 the first application round project total funding is $61 141 988 including the European regional development fund co-financing – lat 51,970,689.80 and national financing (including public co-financing under this provision, paragraph 23): 9,171,298.20 lats; 5.2. the second project application selection round of the total funding is $20,797,926.23, including the European regional development fund co-financing – 17,678,237.28 lat and national financing (including public co-financing under this provision to paragraph 23)-3,119,688.95 lats; 5.3. the third project application selection round consists of the total funding of the European regional development fund co-financing 50,611,247.92 lats, State budget co-funding 1,958,213.65 lats and other public and private funds under this rule 23.3.. " 2. To supplement the provisions under paragraph 9.7. as follows: "to ensure a large 9.7. project evaluation of the application, the amendment and trends according to the regulations on the procedures for European Union structural and cohesion funds in the participating institutions provide the planning document preparation and implementation of these funds." 3.
