No; 58; No. 2011, 2013, nr. 203.) the following amendments: 1. Express points 13 and 14 by the following: ' 13. State budget request to the European economic area and the Norwegian financial instruments financial instruments (hereinafter – financial instruments) for the implementation of the programme or project shall prepare the Ministry with operators or beneficiaries of co-financing of the project functions or which is subordinated to the operator in the institutional or project co-financing by the beneficiary. 14. The Ministry shall submit to the Ministry of Finance State budget request that provision referred to in paragraph 13 of the financial instrument for the implementation of the programme or project, if: 14.1. implementation of the programme have received a letter of approval of the programme; 14.2. a project application is approved by the operator and the managing authority shall be informed of its decision.
