No 16 19) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 9 February 2010 No. 123 "in the terms of the health, hygiene and safety requirements for raw milk movement" Issued in accordance with article 25 of the law on veterinary medicine 1 and 12 point 1. make Cabinet 9 February 2010 No. 123 "in the terms of the health, hygiene and safety requirements of the raw milk movement" (Latvian journal 25, 2010 no; 2011, 2013, 151. No; 47. no) the following amendments: 1. make the second sentence of paragraph 3, the following : "The database include from an accredited laboratory received the mandatory milk sample (a sample is taken by the buyer) and official milk sample (sampling service) testing results."; 1.2. to supplement paragraph 4.1.3., after the word "information" with the words "(including information database)"; 1.3. make 4.2 subparagraph by the following: ' 4.2. persons who purchased raw milk from the producer (hereinafter referred to as the buyer), collecting, transporting and recycling or transferring raw milk for processing. It is the responsibility of the buyer to keep track of all the information available in the database for the purchased raw milk quality. ";  1.4. to express 17 as follows: "17. The buyer, on the basis of a written agreement with the manufacturer, having minimum of samples of raw milk sent to accredited laboratories for the total number of bacteria, somatic cell count and the presence of inhibitory substances (also in accordance with the laws and regulations on the administration of milk quotas) (hereinafter referred to as the minimum raw milk samples)."; 1.5. to replace paragraph 18, the words "test" with the word "accredited"; 1.6. to express the point 20 as follows: "the buyer 20:20.1. required of samples of raw milk shall be marked with the provisions referred to in paragraph 40 of the label and ensure that it is delivered to an accredited laboratory: 20.1.1. determination of total bacteria and somatic cell count – not less than twice a month, the first sample taking time from first to fifteenth date (hereinafter referred to as the first half of the month) and the second, from the sixteenth to the end of the month (hereinafter referred to as the second half of the month); 20.1.2. inhibitor (drug residue, detergent and disinfectant) presence – not less than once a month. "; 1.7. the deletion of 20.1 points; 1.8. to supplement the provisions and paragraph 20.3 20.2 as follows: "data center after each 20.2 mandatory testing of samples of raw milk results in the database take the total number of bacteria and somatic cell count average geometric size calculation, such period shall include samples taken test results: 1. the total number of bacteria 20.2:20.2 1.1. Notice shall be deemed to: 24.1. communication service of the European Parliament and Council Regulation No 853/2004, annex III, section IX, chapter I, part III, paragraph 5 of the said requirements; 24.2. information to the producer and the buyer. The manufacturer may not change when the buyer fixes discrepancies found in relation to the total number of raw milk bacteria and somatic cell count criteria. "; 1.11. delete paragraph 25; 1.12. Express 26 the following: 26. If this rule 24 within the period referred to in paragraph detected non-compliance not resolved and the estimated total number of bacteria and somatic cell count RMS size still exceeds this rule 21.1. the criteria set out in point, according to European Parliament and Council Regulation No 854/2004, annex IV, chapter II, point 2:26.1. data centre informs about the need for the manufacturer to identify the raw milk sales ban; 26.2. the service: 26.2.1. decision on raw milk sales ban and inform the manufacturer; 26.2.2. Prohibition of raw milk sales are recorded in the database. "; 1.13. supplement with 26.1 points by the following: "If the mandatory 26.1 in samples of raw milk found the presence of inhibitor: 26.1 1. Data Center inform about the need for the manufacturer to identify the raw milk sales ban; 2. service: 26.1 26.1 2.1. decision on raw milk sales ban and inform the manufacturer; 26.1 2.2. record raw milk sales ban database. ";

1.14. express the 28, 29 and 30 of the following paragraph: "28. Service within three working days following that rule referred to in paragraph 27 of receipt of application: 28.1. check the accommodation; 28.2. take official samples of raw milk and send it to the accredited laboratory milk fat and protein content, the total number of bacteria, somatic cell count and the presence of inhibitory substances (hereinafter referred to as the official raw milk samples); 28.3. official samples of raw milk shall be marked with the provisions referred to in paragraph 40 of the label and sealed with seals or slēgplomb. 29. If the official sample test results comply with the provisions of section 21.1, the criteria set out in the data center is used for the first indicator for future total number of bacteria and somatic cell count average geometric size calculation of raw milk sales ban after the cancellation. If raw milk meets the requirements of this regulation, service database of raw milk sales ban is repealed and shall inform the manufacturer. 30. Minimum of samples of raw milk and raw milk of the official sample shall be marked with a data center made label, using bar code and numbers, imprinted with a unique number of samples of raw milk."; 1.20. delete paragraph 43; 1.21. supplement 44. the second sentence of the paragraph with the following: "official stamp of samples of raw milk data center issues the Department upon request. '; 1.22. the express point 45 as follows: "the mandatory 45. samples of raw milk and raw milk the official sample testing results in accredited laboratories shall send the data center one day after testing."; 1.23. delete paragraph 46; 1.24. replace paragraph 48, the words "this provision" referred to in paragraph 17, the word "accredited." 2.
