Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 277 Riga 2014 (3 June. No 31 26) Republic of Latvia enterprise register information service rules Issued in accordance with the law "on the enterprise register of the Republic of Latvia" article 4.10 sixth and eighth i. General questions 1. determines: 1.1. of the enterprise register of the Republic of Latvia (hereinafter enterprise register) kept registers of information to be served (hereinafter information), and the procedure for requesting and payment arrangements on the issue of information; 1.2. the administrative agreement on the issue of regular information (hereinafter referred to as the information of the Treaty) of the conclusion of the procedure and conditions. 2. the rules apply to everyone, individuals requesting the information from the register of companies kept registers. Framework of the rules on the amount of information and its request and the procedure for the issue of a public person or authority if it requests information beyond the mutual agreements.
3. Business Register provides the following services: 3.1.  the issue of the certificate: 3.1.1 standardize the volume and types of certificates (hereinafter referred to as the standardized certificate); 3.1.2. the absence of information in the registry, or the absence of registration of documents; 3.1.3. the religious organizations operating continuum; 3.1.4. the records of the documents submitted in relation to the register of companies kept registers of registered legal entities or legal fact; 3.1.5. other inquiries about use of registration information (for information that is not included in the standardized certificate); 3.2. the issuing of copies of documents; 3.3. the issue of the annual report; 3.4. the registration of the issue of viewing things; 3.5. regular information service, including regular updated information service.

III. Information and service request

17. To request information, the application shall state: 17.1. identity of the applicant: 17.1.1. physical person – name, surname and personal code (if no ID number, date of birth); 17.1.2. legal person-name (trade name) and the registration number; 17.1.3. the public person or authority, the name; 17.2. information: 17.2.1. address information to be sent, if the applicant wishes to receive information by mail; 17.2.2. electronic mail address, if the applicant wishes to receive the information electronically; 17.2.3. Register of companies under the special online form if the applicant wishes to receive information online (if this information is requested, with the register of companies held a special online form); 17.2.4. indication that the applicant wishes to receive information on the enterprise in the register if the applicant wishes to receive information on the business register customer service Hall; 17.3. the composition of the information requested and the amount as accurately as possible the formulation of a request for information. If information is requested for the purpose of re-use, the goods or services as necessary to create the required information; 17.7. If information is issued for a fee, the details of the payment, stating the reference number (if known), date of payment, the payment document number, the amount of taxpayer-legal person, the name and registration number or taxpayer-physical person – given name, surname and personal code (if no ID number, date of birth) or adding a payment card or a copy of it (not certified), if it contains the above information; 11.1. the contact information for the provision of the service – electronic mail address or telephone number if you want to specify. 18. Information may be requested through an online services company registry in under the special online form or by submitting a written application to the companies registry customer service Hall, sending it by mail or electronic mail, signed with a secure electronic signature and confirm with the time stamp. 19. Business Register checks if the application has legal force, or all of those provisions referred to in paragraph 17, which are required for a service, and the fee for the service is recognized as the receive State budget. 20. IV. Fee for the issue of information and payment arrangements 28. An applicant pays for the information under the laws and regulations of the company registry fees, if those rules do not specify other payment arrangements. 29. the information does not pay: 29.1. public persons and institutions, in accordance with the laws and regulations of legal entities and registration of legal fact in the register of companies; 29.2. the principals of information required of the applicant or the applicant's assessment of compliance with procurement procedures; 29.3. religious organizations for information relating to the religious organization and its institutions; 29.4. religious organizations the authority for information relating to the relevant authority and religious organizations (founder); 29.5. in other cases, in accordance with the laws and regulations that govern the right to information free of charge. 30. Fee for the issue of regular information can be performed for every three information of the contract months (quarter) from the date of conclusion of the contract information. 31. the payment for the first regular issue of quarterly information out before the application in the register of companies. Payment for each subsequent quarter made up to the last day of the previous quarter. 32. If the agreement is terminated, the service, the companies registry released the information to the recipient charges for information of the quarter following the quarter in which the issue of contract information was terminated. V. date of conclusion of the contract Information and information procedure

34. The application for conclusion of a contract of service: 34.1. identity of the applicant: 34.1.1. physical person – name, surname and personal code (if no ID number, date of birth); 34.1.2. legal person-name and registration number; 34.2. a statement that you wish to receive regular information service – service, including regular updated information; 21.3. message on whether the addition of these rules specified in paragraph 34.2. service person wants to receive historical information; 21.4. justification and purpose for which will be used for the limited availability of information; 34.5. the product or service as needed to create the requested information if the information is required for the purposes of re-use; 21.5. the address to which to send information related to access to the data channel, including password to receive data; 21.6. the online address where a person wants to receive information; 21.6. the contact's first name, last name, e-mail address, and phone number; 21.7. details of payment indicating the reference number (if known), date of payment, the payment document number, the amount of taxpayer-legal person, the name and registration number or taxpayer-physical person – given name, surname and personal code (if no ID number, date of birth) or attach proof of payment or a certified copy of it, if it includes the above information. 35. Business Register checks if the application has legal force, or all of those provisions mentioned in paragraph 34 and or fees for services received is recognised in national budget. 36. If all these rules referred to in paragraph 35, the commercial register within five working days after receipt of the application, shall take a decision on the issue of contract award information, and two working days after this decision, the issue of sending information to the draft Treaty to the specified contact electronic mail address, specifying the register the name of a contact person, position, and e-mail address. 37. the applicant signs the contract of service of the information and send it to the Registrar of companies. The issue of information agreement is effective from the moment of signing the mutual. 38. If the Register determines that this provision is not complied with paragraph 35, the commercial register within five working days after receipt of the application, shall take a decision on the details of the contract and paid the fees. 39. the recipient of the information within five working days are obliged to notify of changes to these terms, 34.5, 21.5 21.4..., and 21.6 21.6. in the given message. 40. Business Register conducted regular information from the registry, the issue of including regular update information electronically with the only service business register information system infrastructure, using specialized methods of preparation (program). 41. Business register information is regularly issued, including regularly updated in a way that is processed by the company registry information system. The Registrar of companies shall have no obligation to adapt or modify the information to comply with a request for information. 42. The Registrar of companies shall have no obligation to continue to create the information if its sole purpose is creation to ensure regular information of the service. 43. to provide regular information from the registry, including restoring the information regularly, register all the recipients of the information issued by information in the same format and volume and at the same time not later than the working day following the entry in the register of the Company information system.

Vi. Information of the contract terms of service agreement information 45. includes conditions to regulate their mutual relations, including the validity of the contract conditions, the conditions for the transfer of information, the rights, duties and responsibilities, dispute resolution and information security requirements. Vi. Closing questions 47. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 august 2011 Regulation No 615 "enterprise register of the Republic of Latvia for the re-use of information rules" (Latvian journal, 2011 125. no). 48. In the license agreement, concluded under the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 august 2011 regulations No 615 "enterprise register of the Republic of Latvia for the re-use of information rules" are valid until the expiry of the period specified therein. To receive the information after the termination of the license agreement shall be concluded a contract of service information, which comply with the requirements of this regulation.
